Lot Less corporation — Attraction in Altoona

So I go here alllllll the time! I even go here enough where they know me and my boyfriend. I spent $31 in this store and then 2 days later the product breaks..completely unusable . I called in just to ask if there was somthing or anything they could do to help me, because his wife did not give me a receipt . NO what I got was .. "you must mistreat yer things".. "you could have broke it walking out of my door and there's nothing I'd do for you". I mean is that how you treat customers who frequently come to yer store?. I made it clear to him I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO THAT STORE. **not to mention they are seriously...

This is a good convenience store with really nice owner/operators...while there you can step into their Chinese restaurant literally next door right in the same building...stop in these...

Completely friendly and attentive service. Always feel very welcome and they're appreciative of me choosing to do business here. You will enjoy the convenience...
