Dillos Craft Burgers — Restaurant in Amarillo

Food was good. The owner Tyler was so rude and condescending. It took them over 45 minutes just to get our food. They got one item wrong but took it off the ticket. My son-in-law went to ask when our food would be out politely. Tyler responded with “you see how busy we are”. When I went to pay out, I asked for discount on the food due to it taking so long and Tyler was rude and condescending again. He could have politely said no. He did not. Instead told me that other restaurants don’t do that. I said yes they do. I paid my bill. I also said I was leaving a review. He wished me a Merry Christmas in a snarky manner. I said you too, but actually meant it and left. My daughter and her family was leaving and Tyler addressed them rudely for no reason. He said I look forward to your review. This all would have been fine if Tyler had not been so rude. He could have declined giving a discount politely. I guess this is one of those restaurants that abuse you as part of a theme. This is the worst service by the owner, letting us know that they had a bad batch of wings and they still sold them like that and I told him that I wasn’t gonna pay for two orders and we order four and he started yelling at me across the dining room in front of other customers. I’m not sure if his name is Tyler and Tony do not go to this place very disrespectful people and the owner he still charge me for everything and the kids meal they charged them as an adult meals. If for some reason you are still reading this instead of indulging in the best food you can buy in Amarillo let me tell you right now.... The food speaks for itself. The flavor is absolutely out of this world. The service is great, and the people are the friendliest. The food was so good I went the next night and ordered the same dang thing. It was the Dust Bowl with an order of garlic parm wings. I've been all up and down the sun belt and Midwest and this is by far the best and most delicious place I've been to.
