No longer will I search for a *good* breakfast burrito, frantically every Sunday morning. I love to try out new spots, even places I would’ve never ventured to before. This often leads my partner and I to some of the BEST hole-in-the-wall joints throughout our city— this weekend was NO different ! My mom was leaving to go back to Port Aransas and missed her eaaarlllyyy morning flight, instead of being pouty about it, we all decided to make light of the situation and fill our bellies ! 😂🤭 We were really the only ones there; two employees were watching the morning news and chatting, we had just mistaken them as customers from outside. Mind you— they were the KINDEST, funniest, and attentive service members we’ve encountered in a long time…The gentleman sitting at the bar immediately cracked jokes with my partner and I, which was so nice after having such a rough morning at the airport. The woman at the register was very kind and had a beautiful smile— her energy was definitely contagious. She spent time walking my mom through the coffee syrups and ended up landing on Butterscotch Caramel which made her morning extra sweet 🥰 She didn’t have us pay beforehand, we were told to make ourselves comfortable and she’d bring us out our to-go order when it was ready. I didn’t double-check my bag like I normally do out of habit, simply because I was able to see her do it at the counter before handing us our bag; there was more than enough napkins, a set of forks and knives, as well as extra salsa ( !!! ) which we hadn’t asked for. They did have a super cute self-serve coffee bar for the drip coffee, it had a bunch of different powder and liquid creamers. As well as a variety of different sugars, some cinnamon, and a few other goodies ! The BURRITOS THOUGH 🙌🏼🔥 Uhh— first, they’re the size of a small baby?! It was like getting a big burrito at Sharkys, that’s how huge and filled they were… It was *without a doubt* the best breakfast burrito I have had. I am incredibly picky about so many aspects of breakfast burritos, but here were some of my highlights from the experience: 1) The tortilla was a stretchy, chewy, more authentic tortilla if you ask me. I haven’t ever had a breakfast burrito with the chewiness it had, in the best way. It was also “baked” perfect on the outside, just slightly crispy in the bubbled areas, but not even close to being burned or crunchy. 2) The eggs were so unbelievably seasoned, I don’t know how they did it. But I don’t think I’ll be able to eat regular scrambled eggs ever again….there was just something about the consistency and flavor that did it for me. 🤤 3) Finally, they gave me extra salsa without asking?! Need I say anything else…? They thought about it before I even had the brain power to do so. That’s the best part—everyone loves an extra salsa, especially with a burrito the size of a a newborn. 🤭 I’ll stop there— you have to try it yourself. I’d recommend them any day !! I try to only make review posts on this page when I am really feeling it— I rarely eat, when I do I never like it. Most of the time, I’ll just make my own food or settle for something easy out of convenience. I am SO glad I didn’t on Sunday, everything was so overwhelmingly delicious. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, none of us ever felt rushed even being in there sooo early and being their only customers. I hope they see this and know we loved every bit of our meal, you all really made my mom’s last morning in town count! She isn’t a huge fan of Amarillo and recently moved, but I like to find places like Coffee Fixx that make our town a shine a little brighter. TRY THEM OUT, say hi to the staff, tip your servers, and drink lotsssss of their yummy coffee! It brings back nostalgia feelings for sure, I hope this is enough convincing and you find yourself craving them soon…😅🙌🏼🔥 — at Coffee Fixx.

This is a great place, very welcoming. I had an iced macchiato and a sausage breakfast burrito to go. The prices are very good as well! My coffee was so good, I finished it not too long after driving off. 10/10 recommend the burrito is probably the best I’ve had in town and out of town. They have a great menu and have added a few new things. I will definitely be back!!

The first day we stopped here was because my sister wanted coffee and we decided to try it. I got hot chocolate and my husband got chocolate milk. My brother and sister-in-law got what we call fru fru coffee and we all loved our choice. But what really sold it to us to come back the next day with our whole group (8) was the awesome staff. So friendly. Pam took our order and made our drinks. She was super friendly and helpful. Baxter (owner) was amazing. They talked to us and told us about the area and things to do. Breakfast was so delicious and priced very reasonably. If you see a man named ML sitting at the bar then say Hi because he is a wealth of knowledge. We fell in love with...

The food was not good, I went here to get out of my comfort zone and try something new, when it was my turn to order, the lady taking my order had a very aggressive tone. I ordered a simple meal, the sandwich with fries and coffee, it took them so long to get the food out, and they forgot my coffee so I asked for it, and another person attended me, who was really nice, when I ate the food it wasn't really that good also I found 3 STANDS OF HAIR in my sandwich.

Edit: I didn’t ask for the manager because I was eating it in my car for errands, and I was already so far away, and the other...
