So this experience would have been a 5 star but had an awful interaction with one of the staff members. Right from start one of the staff was very rude to us. Granted, we were a large group of guys who were loud and excited to smash some stuff and throw axes, so I can understand the apprehension and possible dread of having to deal with us. But I would say that we were being respectful and not trying to cause any trouble. This particular employee was being very dry and snappy whenever we were asking questions to make sure we understood everything correctly. After we finished with the smash room and started throwing axes, the employee pulled me to the side and accused our group of damaging the door frame and told us that we needed to pay an extra $50 to fix it. Confused, I went back to the group to ask if anyone had hit or accidentally smacked the door and we realized that not one of us touched the door. After, we returned to the employee and asked for video evidence of us damaging the door. The employee then started fumbling around with remotes, went next door to look at the video, was on the phone, and was frantically looking for some kind of evidence to use against us. He came up with absolutely nothing and then proceeded to tell us that he was going to waive the fee and that they were too busy to show us the video even though he wasted 15min of our time trying to find evidence. So in the end, the employee was rude to us because he didn’t like the look of us and then he tried to charge us extra for damage we didn’t do with no evidence. In conclusion, the idea and quality of the establishment was good but because of a sour employee our...

I admit, I didn't know much of what to expect and came with high hopes. 3 of us came and did the Smash n Splash.

First thing was trying to find a jumpsuit. I tried a few and had to use the one that was ripped the least. They all had damage to them almost making it so they wouldn't protect much.

The smashing was fun. Got to choose a bin of items to smash and then couple go to town with tools.

Then on to the paint (splash). The ponchos and shower caps were the thinnest plastic and easily ripped so was mostly like they weren't there.

We tossed paint around and had a great time. They let you paint a canvas to take home. When we were done, they came and got our paintings to box them up so we could take them home. They are obviously still wet at this point.

They got 2 of them in the boxes with no incident. When they got to the third, mine, they accidentally dropped it face down on the ground. When they picked it up, it had what looked like a hand print taking up over half the canvas. At this point, it looked nothing like what I had made.

It was and is very disappointing. They still still made me pay for it even though they ruined it. When I complained, they said they could only take $8 off because that is the limit.

Making a customer pay for something that the employee ruined is wrong and disappointing. I don't think I ever want to return here nor recommend them with the poor service provided to...

"Leave a place better than you found it" does NOT apply to the Rage Room.

Each person gets one basket of either smashable appliances or glass bottles. Went with a group, which is great if you all don't mind sharing your baskets and can benefit from the variety. If you go solo, it might be worth springing the extra $15 so you can get both. (If you can only afford 1, do the appliances. They will help you fill your time more than the bottles.) Being able to choose your own music at a whim is great! Lots of our fun came from choosing individual vibes! If you rage room, wear covered shoes with thick soles!! Make sure to check the bottoms when you get home so you don't track glass in. I do wish this place had a means of accommodating that in-store more (tweezer station?? lol). Highly recommend wearing jeans pants and long sleeves for protection but if you forgot, don't worry, they will provide coveralls. (Modeled in the photo~) I was wearing jeans but wanted to be extra safe so I could fully enjoy the room. I believe they might even have earphones to help muffle sounds if you're sensitive to that. Very thoughtful! Friendly staff and atmosphere! We loved it!!! I want to take other...

Thing we did not know but others should before they go: 1) A face shield, gloves, and onsie jumpsuit is supplied for all. They have many different sized and I fit comfortably in one. I am a 350 lbs roughly and I am 6'1". 2) wear comfortable clothing including close toed shoes. After only 30 min. of smashing my wife and I were sweating and hot as we had both our clothes on with another layer of the jumpsuit. Now with that aside, the smash room was amazing. Phat Axe gave us a lot of objects to smash with a great selection of two sledge hammers, some bats, and a few different crow bars to use to smash up the different supplies. There is also a clamp attached to a chain that hangs down from the ceiling along with two barrels, one brick wall, and the floor for different options of how you want to smash stuff. It was fun as we got to change up how we wanted to smash things. I also got to use my go pro hero 8 throughout the session and got some awesome footage of myself and my wife throughout the experience. It was a blast. Here is the attached video from our time.
