Review changed due to them putting us in a terrible bind when we moved. We were to have them move our stuff on October 6th. My husband called that morning to confirm the time. Sometimes they come earlier. He was told that we weren't scheduled for a move that day that it was the following Saturday. My husband had a pinched nerve in his back. We had to find people and pay them to move us. The manager gave us a free week for the inconvenience (hence the reason for 2 stars vs 1 star) but wasn't helpful at all about us being in a bind. I've been in the RTO business myself. I asked was there any way that they could move us on Sunday. She said no because they are closed on Sunday. DUH......pay them OT and the tip they would have got would have made them happy. Instead, 3 local football players got 30 a piece. The delivery guys were going to get $50 each because we had a lot of stuff. We were their largest account. We have returned 1 bedroom set and will be returning everything as soon as we furnish our new house. I hope that by refusing to even ask them to work on a Sunday and loosing our business was worth it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now. Before we even had our furniture delivered back in May, Travis, the account manager, was calling me to collect money. Danielle had let us take a NCTV box with us prior to the delivery and Travis was very hateful about it. I had to confirm what they were bringing us. They had to order our bedroom. Cezar said that we would be getting a loaner mattress while we waited on ours. I asked the account manager on that day if we were getting a loaner box spring as well. I needed to know what I was working with. He said he didn't know anything about that. I asked him if he could call Cezar and ask him about it since Cezar was off and our delivery was the next day. He yelled that he would not call him on his day off. Cezar called me the next morning and said that they called him all of the time for things when he was off. The delivery guys told me that Travis was yelling at me in front of customers because he made the call from the front. Since when do account managers make collection calls from the front anyway? The only thing we will wind up keeping is my sons bedroom set. Everything else will be going back. Really nice way to treat your biggest customer. Idk if we still are the largest account but I know that Danielle told me that we were as of a few months ago. We had our entire apartment furnished by them.
