My husband and I loved this coffee shop, as it offered great food (our favorites were the bagels) that hit the spot every time! Drinks were delish as well! While the quality of the beverages stayed the same, we can’t say the same for the bagels (during the last month or so)we used to look forward to every visit. Our regular order was the Asiago bagel that once was fresh, with crispy flavorful cheese on top which was amazing! Unfortunately, it now has been replaced with a soggy wet doughy textured bagel with two semi melted sliced cheese on top. We had also ordered the French toast bagel and what once had the perfect balance of brown sugar and cinnamon with a bouncy texture turn out to be dry and only tasted a smidge of cinnamon. The only thing that saved it was the honey brown sugar cream cheese. We gave it another try today to see if the previous experience was just an off day, or if maybe it was those bagels. We had both ordered the bialy bagel which it supposed to be a whole bagel(no pit in the middle) with seasonings on the top(I had ordered it before and really liked it) hoping it had remained the same, however they were dry, no seasonings and I don’t know if it was just cut funny but there was a jagged pit in the middle of them. We had talked to someone and they said that they had recently had issues with their manufacturer. That is out of their control, I just hope they can somehow get back to the level of quality they once had and we once really enjoyed. We will just have to stick to the drinks and...

This place was okay. First off, they have a drive thru and a parking lot!

You go in and it's freezing inside! Thermostat was set to 67° if I remember correctly.

Anyway, the menu was very big! Two of us got different seasonal lattes: the cinnamon one and the peppermint one. Both were just okay. The cinnamon really tastes like a cinnamon bun !! One of us got a chai latte and it was very good.

But one of us ordered an iced decaf s'mores latte. And we received a hot one. So we were nervous with the error, that many it wasn't decaf too. So she was a little nervous about drinking it.

The sizes were huge too. Small was a 16oz ! Whoa!

We also got food. Three of us got bagels. THESE WERE THE STARS! The bagels were SO FRESH and heavenly. WOW!!!! Two of us got the Asiago bagels. So good, but I didn't really appreciate the random piece of bacon that was in my bowl. Hahah. I'm a vegetarian! What was the doing in there! One of us got the sesame, and although good, only had about 15 seeds on it. And one of us got a breakfast bowl that was very good!!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for coffee, but I would recommend it for this...

Don’t waste your time. I got stuck in the drive through for almost 30 minutes waiting on one drink. I pulled into the line at 11:11 AM, my order was taken at 11:17:49 AM according to the order sticker. I paid approximately at 11:31 AM according to my bank statement and proceeded to wait another 6 minutes as I did not pull out of the drive thru until 11:37 AM. They cannot execute their service in a timely manner then have the audacity to ask for tips. They also lost 6 customers behind who were able to leave the line. Go to another coffee shop.
