I've been to this location several times. The service is on par with other fast food places; don't expect too much, you won't be let down. The people there don't seem to like their job too much, or they go out of their way to act like it. They weren't RUDE, just not overly friendly. Take your order, take your money, here's your food, see you later. It SOUNDS efficient, but Burger King in general is not a fast fast food place. Probably due to the customization options.
Anyway, on this visit, I placed an order via the app, and got two double whoppers (no onion, extra pickle) and a frozen coke. I picked up the order as I headed to work, planning to have one sandwich for lunch/dinner, and one after work. When I opened the food however, they were not double whoppers, but singles. Not the end of the world, I still had food. The funny part was the rest of it was right: no onion, extra pickle. So they read that part, but missed the DOUBLE part.
This has since been rectified, and the app made it very easy. I simply went into my account, found my order in the history, and made a report of an issue with my order, that there were missing or incorrect items. Gave me cold food and an extra cheeseburger and fries that I didnt ask for because both the girls failed to check the bags. Asked for 2 kids meals: one cheesburger, one 4pcs chicken nuggets with apple juice and fries. The audacity to insinuate that I wanted something for free because I asked her to take it out and ring it up right because why would anybody pay $5.89 ringing them up individually for the same meal that cost $3.99? Then the manager comes over with a short temper and resolves my issue, but gets an attitude because I said I want to see the receipt of the action taken like it was my fault his coworkers rather hold a conversation and laugh and joke saying I wanted something for free instead of listening and taking my order or simply asking for help to begin with! Should have just went with my got and ordered from the Arby's across the street. It would have saved me the headache they gave me. That was my first time ordering from that location and most definetly be my last because they dont clean their ice or soda machine. I had sugar mold floating through out my drink. Very gross!...

He has a horrible attitude and gets defensive and accusatory the second you have to tell him he got your order wrong. They forgot our happy meal, and as Iâm politely telling him they forgot it he cuts me off to tell me âyou didnât order oneâ. Then proceeds to read me back a completely different persons order that they tried to give me. If he could just slow down and drop the attitude it would be a much more pleasant experience for everyone involved. But everytime so far when I go there and they inevitably get something wrong he has to give back attitude and become accusatory like the customer is responsible for him and his teams mistake.
