I write reviews sparingly, and have never written one before a transaction was complete, but this is an exception.

I have been dealing with Chris for the last couple of days on a California-to-NYC purchase of a vehicle for a very dear relative. It has been a very stressful time for me trying to locate the ideal vehicle in a very short time frame. Not wanting to purchase a rust bucket here in the Northeast, I have been scouring the country online for days. I've spoken with some nice people, mostly private sellers with relatively little knowledge of cars. I've spoken with some borderline crooks, mostly car lot hustlers looking to make a sale at any cost.

Then I found an ad for what appears to be the perfect car at just the right price at Auto Hub in Anaheim. I called and spoke with Chris about the car and a few things became quickly clear to me:

Chris is selling quality vehicle at reasonable prices, so his success does not depend on BS.

Chris is honest. When I asked for detailed information about the condition of the vehicle, that is precisely what I got.

Chris is is generous with his time. I have spoken probably half a dozen times with him in the last two days, and he has been willing to thoroughly address every question and concern I have.

Chris is a consumate professional. When I expressed interest in having some cosmetic improvements and minor mechanical upgrades made to the vehicle, he was able offer me a range of options and prices to accomodate my wish list. He has established a network of professionals that support his efforts to sell only high quality vehicles. This was most appreciated because here in the Northeast everything car-related costs more, involves dealing with human beings who tend to be considerably less gracious than Chris, and just tends to be an all-around pain in the ass.

Chris is trustworthy. Very shortly into my first conversation with Chris, it was obvious to me that he can be trusted. That matters a lot when you're buying a car that you will not physically see until you pay for it and it is shipped across the country. Without trust that is a daunting proposition, but at this point, I have zero doubt that this whole transaction - vehicle sale and the shipping of the vehicle - is going to work out very well. My loved one is going to be very pleased.

Even though we are still a couple of weeks out from the vehicle arriving in NYC, my experience with Chris in these past two days, particularly after dealing with dozens of other potential sellers, has been such that I emphatically encourage anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to check out Auto Hub.

I’ve been shopping around for a used vehicle and have visited many dealerships in the last week. Every dealership is the same. Not that clean, salesmen who approach you at in the moment you step foot on the lot, salesmen who think they know everything and know what you want and so on....

I went to Autohub and perused the lot like I usually do and try to avoid the salesman. I looked around and figured out what cars I wanted to check out. I went up front and talked to Aaron the salesman who was knowledgeable of the cars I asked. He pulled the cars around so I could test drive them and I did. I felt I wasn’t a burden on Aaron and I could take my time checking out the cars without a salesman yapping in my ear about nonsense they read in a sales book.

The cars were great and they fit my needs but I wanted something else. That’s why I’m shopping around. I didn’t get a chance to negotiate prices because I wasn’t prepared to make an offer on a car I didn’t want. However, the customer service here is unlike any other dealer I’ve been too. They didn’t put a business card in my hand, they didn’t ask for my phone number for future business. I talked to the manager Chris who asked if I wanted to leave my number and they could call if there was something close to what I was looking at. He asked instead of demanding for my number and yes of course I gave it to him.

The customer service here is unlike any other dealership I’ve been too. Very polite, not aggressive and not pressuring in anyway like most dealers. The dealership was clean and welcoming unlike other sleezy dealerships in the area. I did not buy a car and I feel bad because I felt like I should have. However, I hope I can buy a car from here because it’s unlike any other spot I checked. This place seems legit and the guys seem very honest without pressuring you. My mother was a realtor and she always said homes sell themself and you just have to let the home sell itself. I feel that’s what the guys at Autohub do. Well...

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I checked out numerous vehicles at Auto Hub and all were in amazing condition. I have been in the market for a lower-mileage commuter vehicle for work and did a lot of searching and researching on what I wanted to buy and from where to buy it.

I came across Auto Hub and a few other places I was going to check out. I knew I wanted a “reliable” brand like a Toyota, so I pretty much narrowed my search to those (Scion included). This criteria led me right to Chris at AutoHub. He had this white 2009 low mile Scion Xb on his site so I decided to give him a call and make an appt to see it in person.

Talking to Chris on the phone beforehand really helped because he knew every single detail about the car, which made me more confident in who I was dealing with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite...unlike other dealers I’ve unfortunately dealt with in the past.

When I arrived to see the car, it was out front ready for me to check out. The car was 100% as advertised which was very nice to see. I did my initial checks, did my own test drive (alone) and he even offered me the opportunity to have it checked by my own mechanic if I wanted to.

The car was great, Chris was great and my overall experience was awesome. Never once did I feel pressured, obligated, or like I was wasting his time. Chris at Auto Hub is a man of his word and I left with the confidence knowing I did business with a solid operation. I bought the car on the spot, and have been extremely happy with my purchase for months now. No issues to speak of!
