Absolutely loved working with everyone at Eclectic Printing & Design! It was my first time ordering team spirit wear, and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient through the entire process. The email response time was phenomenal! Jolie is probably one of the most customer-service oriented people that I have ever encountered, and I worked in hospitality for decades. She's the G.O.A.T! Also, the lady who answers the phone (can't remember her name) was super professional, and exceedingly sweet! As far as the product, I don't think I've ever owned a softer sweatshirt; I look forward to game days just so I can wear it. The whole team loved their spirit wear, and the company's design was fantastic (especially since they worked with my crude Microsoft Word outline and a few vague instructions)! Compared to other companies, the pricing was on par, if not a little less, than others. In terms of timing, we placed our order rather last minute (aka late), but Jolie managed to get us everything by Opening Day; HUGE relief!! Used them for a wide variety of projects like my high school and club volleyball teams (warmups, uniforms, team websites, personalized gear, etc) to promotional products for a software company I worked for. They helped me personalize some really unique items like maze pens, credit card bottle openers, personalized USB money clips, pop up banners, shirts, and so much more.
