I put my Van information on Truecar.com and got an offer of $39,625, and I was then referred to three local dealers and was told that the dealers would contact me shortly and all of them would pay that price if no big difference found after the dealer’s inspection which is totally understandable. One used car dealer from Costa Mesa sent me a text message asking when I want to sell my Chrysler but they did not answer any of my replied message, I followed up with a phone call a few hours later to check out if they have problem with their message system and see what is going on. Some guy picked up my phone and expected me as a potential buyer, when I told him I am trying to sell my van, he did not want to talk over the phone anymore and just encourage me to show up next morning with my Van, he even did not want to answer my question if they would honor the offer from True Car, just keep encouraging me to go the next morning.

About one hour later, Moe from Imperial Trandlinks called me and we discussed briefly over the phone, I could feel he was serious and I truly want to sell so we set up an early appointment at 9AM the next morning. We both showed up on the street of their office on time. Moe is much younger than I expected over the phone and very polite and competent, he spent less than 5 minutes inspecting my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I was expecting the original $39,625 as it is a beautiful Van with only 13,190 miles, just as a brand new one expect that it needs a car wash, but Moe insists he need to improve some details more than a car wash before he can resell it. 😊 Well, this is totally sensible because I personally would also like to purchase a car in excellent condition even it is a used car, and everybody has to make a profit, so we agreed with each other for $39,000 even. I know I typed a lot, but this processing took only 5 minutes for inspections plus 2-3 minutes negotiation, so total less than 10 minutes. Then Moe drove my van to Wells Fargo with me, where we completed the paper works and payment. Even with $625 less, Moe’s offer did beat all offers I had received, what I complain?! This is my first time to sell a car. Now the only thing I am not 100% sure is whether there will be an issue in the future because of my failure to collect sales tax because I did not receive any Resale Certificate regarding this transaction as described on the internet, I believe most likely I will be good as Moe told me that Imperial Tradelinks is a dealer, which is true although I believe they are still growing their business. The most interested part is that I realized that my vehicle’s information was already printed on the DMV’s NOTICE OF TRANSFER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM given to me by Moe when I was completing this form online. Unsure but I guess that information was printed by Moe the night before our appointment, which proved my feeling that Moe was serious during out first phone conversation. Highly recommend working with Moe, I have no doubts that this hard working young man will have a successful and bright future. I also highly recommend Imperial Tradelinks to build up a website so people would know your guys better and it helps to bring you more traffic. I don't really write alot of reviews like many of us unfortunately and I think we don't do justice to the service provided, positive or negative.

My experience with Imperial Tradelinks Inc HOWEVER changed that perspective for me, from the first phone call till the bill of sale and outstanding customer service followed by it just made me express my gratitude towards Mr.Adil Atif and Mr.Abdul Muqeed in ways I can't do enough of.

These two Individuals were soo professional and experienced in all the questions I had or could've come up with and basically answered them before I even asked them which BTW just builds more confidence in the company as you know that they're not just fooling around.

Although the general misconception of Car Dealers is very negative in the society but Mr Adil was nothing like an ordinary salesperson and basically did not push or pressure me into anything intact i just learned a thing or two from the meeting we had.

My car was no ordinary car, it was Top of the Line C7 Z06 3LZ Corvette, Top Trim with all the bells and whistles AND so wasn't their service, it was very Professional very smooth and I got treated with much respect, I did. No haggling was done like other Big Brand Car dealers do, No low-balling like pretty much every dealerships do and basically they don't waste your time at all.

Mr.Adil Atif and Mr.Abdul Muqeed know their business too well and had their home works done prior to the appointment.

I highly recommend Imperial Tradelinks Inc to all of you out there looking to sell or buy cars, they are definitely unique and awesome in ways I can think of.
