Spin Spot Laundry — Attraction in Anaheim

This is the laundromat I go to all the time. I usually don’t have any staff issues, occasionally I’ll have problems with the washers and dryers but I normally brush it off today I was here for 5 hours doing 3 loads of laundry due to the amount of times the machine wouldn’t dry my clothes so finally I went to go ask for help, well I couldn’t even find the employee for 20mins because she was chitchatting with a customer and when I went up to her she acted like I was interrupting her day. And when I told her the dryer had taken my money but wouldn’t turn on she kept insisting I was doing it wrong or had too much clothes in the dryer. I had a bed sheet and a small throw blanket it in…. So when I finally just asked her for my money back she said just switch machines I told her I still want my money back and after telling her 5 times that I want my money back she finally gave it back to me and then rudely walked away not asking if I needed anything else and went back to chitchatting with the lady from earlier and they both kept looking at me as they talked to each other making feel very uncomfortable. I was very confused because when I got there at 6:30 pm on a Saturday, the entrance was locked. I saw all the hispanic people in there doing laundry, but the lady wouldn't let me in; she just stared at me and she wouldn't get up and unlock the door. I'm the only white guy there so there is no telling on what was going on here but honestly I think it had to do with me being a poor white man on a bike with a big trash bag full of laundry because nobody was letting me in. There was no explanation and I began to feel intimidated and really embarrassed because by now all of them were staring at me. I didn't persue the matter for more than a minute or two because I didn't want to have any problems and possibly get hurt so in the name of safety and my personal well being I just left. I usually come in to wash later in the evening and I always find that it is very clean. Despite how busy the parking lot is, the woman working there is always cleaning and is very sweet to me. On Sunday I came in and it was very packed but she noticed my son was crying and offered to buy him a toy from the toy machine they have.I know she didn't have to do that or even spend her money but I asked for her name and she said it was Josefina! This is my new favorite place to come wash by the way. Super clean and the big machines are helpful in washing lots of clothes it is worth the money.
