8 Course Pre-fixe menu for $110!!! @craftsman1904 is probably one of the most unique spots I’ve been to in…a long time. 📍549 S Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805 Here are ALL the details on what you’re going to get: Course 1: Start Me Up Wild-caught pacific imperial ahi tuna cold smoked tossed in an island inspired poke, served over blue Maize tortillas. Course 2: She’s So Cold Scottish salmon and grilled North Atlantic lobster tossed with roasted macadamia nuts and fried maui onions, house-made chili garlic sauce and served with Lotus root chips. Course 3: Waiting on A Friend Kumiai oyster grilled over a mesquite live fire and topped with garlic butter, freshly ground pepper, oregano, parmesan cheese, pecorino Romano and beef tri tip chicharron. This one is insane and super unique. Course 4: Sweet Virginia SRF short rib ravioli slowly braised in a chianti wine reduction with herbs, spices, vegetable mirepoix, freshly grated parmesan cheese, wrapped in egg pasta. This one I could happily eat an entire plate of. Course 5: Satisfaction Kurobuta pork belly brined in house and smoked low and slow over oak. Topped with a house-made ajitsuke tamago. Course 6: Beast of Burden SRF Trip Tip Finished on a bed of hot coals paired with pureed parsnips and a chipotle cherry BBQ sauce Course 7: Sympathy for the Devil SRF Short rib paired with house-made chimichurri and grilled oyster mushrooms. Course 8: Let’s Spend the Night Together Breton Biscuit, almond cream, caramel center and chocolate topped with whipped ganache. This is divine. You can attach a wine-pairing menu with it for only $45 more. (This is actually a steal if you’ve ever done a wine pairing elsewhere). Cocktails and mocktails are ordered a-la-carte. I got the Little Thing Gone Wild Mocktail, and it was so pretty and vibrant. I know this is a long caption, so I’ll keep it short and simple…this is a super unique experience. I think for the amount of care and creativity that went into the menu, the price is genuinely a steal. This one should for sure go on your list. Reserve your spot by calling or texting 562-413-4961!

8 COURSE MEAL DINING EXPERIENCE at @craftsman1904 in Anaheim, CA Got to try the new Endless Summer course meal that’s $110 with 8 different meals. It comes with classy drinks and food in this historic building. First is this No Doubt Fresh Tiger Shrimp Ceviche which is a Valencia family ceviche recipe that’s been passed on. Next is the Sublime Jumbo Shrimp tossed in housemate chipotle sauce. The Rage Against the Machine a crispy sushi rice with Prime Smoked Brisket on top. Then there’s a Motley Crue wedge salad that I didn’t get to feature in this video but nonetheless is part of the course. We’ve got the 5th course with Jane’s Addiction with Kurobuta Pork Belly Coonfit which comes with fresh pressed tortillas. Then there’s the Bad Religion which is an SRE Tri Tip with pureed parsnips . On to the Black Flag New Zealand rack of lamb served with chimichurri. And finally for dessert The Offspring which is a mango tart with bourbon creme. If you want to try you better save this now. This place is located in a beautiful two story house. Right next door to Villain's Brewery and across the street from the Anaheim Packing House.

Parking is small, but you can park by city hall and take a FRAN over.

Once you walk in, you're greeted with a beautifully decorated space, you'll feel the haunted mansion/gothic+Disney vibes. It's very fun while being classy at the same time! We were seated on the second floor, where the beauty continues.

Service was warm and friendly the entire time! They were fabulous!

The drinks are fantastic. Ghost Host is a perfect kickback drink. It's a Small World has that perfect sweetness and delicious!

Started off with a Spinach and Artichoke dip, now when I typically get this dish anywhere else, I have to use pepper to give it a slight kick. I didn't have to do anything to spice this up. It's perfectly seasoned, and the crostinis are also very well seasoned and oiled for the dish. And if you run out of the crostinis, they'll happily get you more!

Prime New York Strip - The spices here are perfection. And the cook of the steak, I got medium rare. The steak melts in your mouth, and the chimichurri was a perfect match for it.

Brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked, they were not too soft and the freshly grated Parm and Balsamic Vinegar were the perfect combination.

Broccolini was also perfect with the Parm and balsamic vinegar, the tops were charred which made it deliciously crispy.

Baked potato was perfect, with the butter, sour cream, and a little bit of chives. Simple, but great complementary.

Mac and cheese, oh, this was fantastic. You can tell the cheese sauce was made in house. It was creamy, rich, and amazing!

Ube Cheesecake. I... Love...ube. This was just an absolutely perfect way to end the meal. It wasn't overly sweet. May I say it's perfect.

This place is perfect for many occasions. Highly...

My boyfriend and I arrived early at this restaurant for our party of 4, and we started with cocktails. The Weapon of Choice welcome drink was decent. However, when our friends arrived, our waitress was eager to take their drink order before they even had a chance to look at the menu. We asked if they could try the welcome drink first, but she seemed a bit pushy with getting them to order. We tried various cocktails, with some being too stiff and others tasting like punch or grass. I personally wouldn't recommend any of the cocktails.

The first half of the tasting menu was strong, but it went downhill from there. The short rib and banana bread pudding were nothing exciting and tasted almost bland. It seemed like they forgot to serve dessert with sauce. The pork belly and tri-tip were overly salty, and when we informed our waitress, the owner, Dom, personally apologized and made it up with lamb lollipops (off-menu item). It would have been better if the waitress had asked about allergies or restrictions beforehand, as I couldn't eat lamb.

Throughout the meal, we had to repeatedly ask for water refills, which was disappointing. Prices were not shown on the cocktail menu, but the cocktails were reasonably priced at $15-16 each, considering the quality and taste. Unknowingly beforehand, they automatically add an 18% gratuity to all checks.

For a meal with half misses and food that won't get you full, the $110 per person price tag (~$200 per person with drinks) feels a bit steep. Despite the ups and downs, the efforts of the waitress and owner to ensure our satisfaction were...

We celebrated our anniversary here at this amazing restaurant and we're astounded by the atmosphere and friendly staff. Immediately from arriving we were greeted by the owner who offered us a seat in the reception area with complimentary Sake while our table was being prepared. After being escorted upstairs to our seats we were in love. We were surprised with a custom thank you card wishing us both a happy anniversary which was signed by each staff member.

The 8 course meal was beyond delicious, the wine pairing made each dish sing and was exceptional. Throughout our experience the staff educated us in our next bites and gave a wonderful background to each key ingredient showing the passion and attention to details the chef(s) take. We were gifted with more complimentary drinks as the meal progressed which only enhanced our love for this restaurant.

Our one and only complaint, the restaurant is loud. There are no acoustic panels to absorb sound and the lovely interior (unfortunately) only helps make sound more loud making it difficult to hear your waiter/waitress when describing the dish and interacting.

If you are looking for a special place to celebrate with a delicious meal, attention to detail, interactive experience, and an overall wonderful night. Please go here as you will not be upset. They are well ok their way to earning a Michelin star and I recommend getting into this experience before it's to late. We will be celebrating here for...
