this facility is horrible. i’m writing this review because i have a package that looks like it’s going down the same path as my last that has been lost since AUGUST, it’s now December. i’ve called customer support 4 times within the past 3 months and they never help me with anything, they always say they’ll look into my lost package but i never receive an update via email or phone number. $300 down the drain and no help from anyone. i hope there’s some sort of legal action i can take or some way i can complain about this because this happens EVERY time i order something online and it never shows up. i can no longer trust USPS with any package of mine and i’ll never use their services again going forward, nor can i recommend anyone to use any of...

THIS FACILITY IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! If I could rate a no star I would. I placed my order on the 14th of April and it got it accepted to two facilities, one in Irvine and now this one. It’s been a whole week now( April 23rd) and still nothing. I live all the way in Maryland and was supposed to receive my package last Monday/Tuesday. USPS needs to shut down at this point because their customer service is just as non useful as this facility. Not to mention they don’t pick up their phone for anything. I’ve called about six different times and still have gotten nothing. No agent from the company can get a hold of this facility so I am still out of luck. ive waited since nov. 26th 2020 from bang vape, its been exactly two weeks since i placed my order and paid expedited shipping for one. (its now Dec.10th) recently called, looked at reviews. i got scared my package could’ve been stolen so i am writing this review. Although they were nice about it on the phone, i still have yet to receive these 3 packages.
