Very bad customer service I bought a console for my son and it had issues. It was already faulty and covered in scratches. My son wanted it but in the store it seemed to work. Then on the way home he was playing and mind you it was late afternoon right before closing time so I told my son that maybe it was not charged enough. He tried charging it all night but the next day same thing. Store was closed so we went next day. They tried to say that we broke it because they don’t sell them in that condition. They even asked if I have one more same color implying that I swapped it. Ridiculous excuse

I asked what do you mean Sir?

He said “Scratches etc.”

Really? well that’s exactly how it was sold to us Sir. Now if you wanted to be a good manager and customer service person you should know what you have in your store and the exact condition before selling it by making sure you take pictures, I have pictures of everything with dates on them too but you didn’t even ask for proof if the scratches were there. Well guess what Sir I will never step foot on your store again and I wish you the best of luck.

Went to a few local retro game shops in OC, just to browse. Stepped into this place, and there it was.. a copy of Silent Hill 2 - with the booklets, and the disc had one minor scratch you could easily buff out. I walked around the store some more before buying it and there were a decent amount of great games without the scalper price. Most retro games have skyrocketed in price the last few years, and its getting hard to find good deals online. My boyfriend picked out a couple solid games, and was able to grab some new cords to replace old ones for our consoles. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the games. They have a large selection of games for game consoles at fair prices. No PC games. My main gripe was when we entered the man said hello, but after 15 to 20 minutes, he had not made an effort to ask us if we needed help. My friend picked a game and he didn't even bother to ask us if we were ready to go. I made eye contact with the man, and he lowered his eyes. I had to initiate conversation with this man to get my questions answered, instead of him using his customer service to help a paying customer.

Also there was no music which was mildly umcomfortable.
