ANGOLA APPLIANCE — Attraction in Angola

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Believing in supporting small town, local businesses went to the Angola Sears store to order a new refrigerator. They said delivery in 5 weeks which was fine as we understand things are in a lag right now due to covid 19. Delivery date came with out a call from them so I called to be told there was a delivery delay from factory. Again, we accepted this because of pandemic and delivery date was rescheduled. New delivery date came and went, no fridge, no call. Tried calling them just before closing on delivery date and no answer. Waited another day still no call or fridge. Eventually made contact and was told another manufacturing delay. Dealer did offer to try to get different style or color but why would I want an appliance that didn't match the others?We canceled the order but not because of delays but because of lack of communication...

I purchased a Maytag washer Model MVW4505MW from here in July 2024 and the customer service was wonderful the store was clean I did truly enjoy my experience shopping here, however I only had the machine 4 months before it took a complete crap on me. Maytag offers a one year manufacturer warranty, I also purchased an extended warranty and my washer has now been broken since October with many service repairs and calls and still no luck with an operating machine. 2 different warranties, a brand new machine and there is nothing anyone is doing to help me. I don't recommend whirlpool products for the simple fact of they don't care to help fix the issues. I did reach out to Angola appliance and they told me they could only help if it was within 30 days. So at this point I'm out a washing...

If you want a quality product and customer service, you're better off on Amazon or eBay at this point. Sold my mother a washer less than 4 months ago, and now refuse to service it. Something with the water inlet is jammed and releases a small stream of water into the drum constantly but won't let more water in to do laundry. The lady's answer... "Call MayTag. Bye" This is why small businesses die. You're oh-so-willing to take the money but you can't stand behind the product or take...
