Unlike other grocery stores in town this store has lots of different types of frozen food, groceries and fresh vegetable produce and they offer much cheap prizes on their products than their competitors while maintaining standards as I’ve been going to this store for buying groceries for more than a year but I didn’t find any expired products yet, hats off to the friendly and helpful store employees. I recommend all of our desi community to pay this store a visit at least once if they haven’t done yet so that you would know the difference (A little tip, they got lots of products which we cannot find in other Indian grocery stores).

My family and I have been coming to this store for years. They have been a staple for all our Indian grocery needs. The store is always clean, neat and organized really well. Staff is alwsys friendly and helpful. I always see alot of Indian and Asian people shopping here but I see alot of varieties of other cultures as well. I think it's nice to see people trying to get into Indian cooking and food. I've seen the owner and other workers helping and explaining to people who might be new to the culture and products. They also have homemade rotis, Samosas, and Indian deserts.

Usually go to the Bombay in canton but come here when I'm close. Much larger store than canton and has produce and I believe more freezer/cooler space. Overall I love Bombay grocers for gluten free cooking and vegetarian cooking. Great values here for flours and spices! I like the snacks too and branching out to try new things.... I got sick once from gluten unknowing it was in one of the spice blends, so beware if you're celiac while trying new things.

Ridiculous Customer Service If There is negative rating I should give that. Worst customer service. Cashier and owner/boss both are rude and lie to customers. Charging more price on product. Took 2 Ashirwad wheat flour $16 each was on the shelf and he charged me $18 for each as multigrain flour price even I purchase regular wheat flour. When I said label says $16 owner/boss says it was wrong price there on shelf. I also have picture of receipt and price tag in store. I took Indian snacks packets it was 2.99 listed on shelf and charged me $3.99. When I said it says 2.99 on shelf cashier don’t trust even and asked me to go there to show him. Even then he said it may be different snack you purchased when I showed him he gave me a dollar back. The cashier has no customer service sense. Cashier start arguing with me even their own fault. Not only cashier but his Boss is also rude and has no customer service manners. Also my little one took ice cream from freezer right before we check out at very end and we opened right away after he scan when open it was melted. When I show him he shamelessly says he can’t do anything. So he doesn’t care for kids feelings. Worst experience. I will never go there anymore and will inform all my colleagues and friends Worst customer service. Charging more price on product. DANGER DANGER WILL ROBINSON

The fruit sold at this location is of very low quality. The people working are more interested in watching TV and looking at their phones than helping their customers. When it is pointed out that their merchandise is expired I have actually seen them kick people out of the store.

Their samosas have very low quality ... varied.. and often they Run out. The sweets are also a variable quality and sometimes they are very dry and hard.

I have also seen African Americans being followed around the store. I brought a friend with me who happened to be African American and we separated and they started to follow him.

Furthermore there are other stores you can go to that sell Indian groceries within the city and in Canton and Garden City.

I would suggest by all means not to shop at this grocery store.

Also, I have determined that many of the reviews are fake. For instance, you will see negative reviews and then suddenly you'll see many positive reviews all of which I have determined to be fake. Can not say how this was determined but it is pretty obvious if one does their...

Incredibly Rude Cashier/Owner. I won't be back. Too bad, it looked like they had a lot of products. It was organized and bright, and products were very well labeled. I had the same experience as Vijay J.; I only wanted to pick up one thing. It was a spice called hing or asafoetida. The cost was $1.99. When I got up to the counter, there was no smile and no greeting by the man working. In fact, he took a call on his personal phone about refinancing his car, and never acknowledged me and didn't make any attempt to speed up his conversation. I took my wallet out and realized I had only a dollar. But I saw a keypad for entering a PIN number and so I took out my debit card. Without even telling the person he was talking to, to hold the line, let alone ending the phone call, he just says "no card". So then I asked if he knew where an ATM was, and he motioned to across the street, which would take a long time to actually get to during rush hour. Anyway, he could have at least been polite about it. As I was leaving I...
