If you're looking for a nail salon- GO HERE!!!
This was my very first time here and I can genuinely say its my favorite nail salon I've ever been to, if not just for how lovely the employees are.
THE PEOPLE- I can tell that everyone genuinely cares about their clients. There was an elderly woman sitting next to me and they made sure she was comfortable and went out of their way to help walk her to the sink to wash her hands and make sure she was okay, which I thought was very kind and considerate of them. I also have never laughed so hard while getting my nails done, while I am sure if you asked for a quiet service they'd be happy to provide there was no awkward silences and I was talking to my nail tech (Ty) the whole time and it felt like we had already been friends for years. Everyone in there is so incredibly kind and happy to talk and make you laugh, and are very receptive to feedback.
THE NAILS- I think the photos speak for themselves!! Ty gave me exactly the claws I asked for and even made suggestions to make my idea even better. I asked for a full set acrylic and Ty let me know that he does gel X and recommended it instead so that my natural nails could continue to grow healthy underneath. He paid close attention to my nails and put in the time to make sure my natural nails were cleaned up well before applying the Gel X. This man is skilled!! there is no glue on my skin, no polish anywhere it shouldn't be and the edges are smooth and sharp! I couldn't find anything to complain about even if I tried. Ty also kept me very informed the entire time, letting me know that cateye polish would be an extra charge. He also let me know that if I decided my nails were too long in a couple days I could come back in and he would shorten them for me, which is awesome! I love my nails very much and will absolutely be back in.
THE PRICE- absolutely incredible!! I got long gel X stilettos with cateye polish and they were only $72!! The people at natural nails are committed to give you incredible service at a fair price.
And to any of the bad reviews- give them another try! These people really really care, and if you don't like your nails speak up!! call them back and let them know and I am sure they would be happy to correct it for you, these people...
   Read moreIâm pretty irritated that Iâm sitting here with broken nails that I got done here just 5 hours ago. I have to go to another salon to redo their poorly done work that I spent $60 on (incl tip).
I wasnât satisfied when I left the salon, but I wasnât upset either because I just wanted something that wasnât grown out.. and I guess I got that. Now Iâm seeing I wouldâve been better off with had I just not done anything at all.
I called earlier today and asked if they had time to take me in or set up an appointment just because I wanted to refresh the dip I already had. I was told âI donât know, but come in nowâ, so thatâs what I did. I was in no rush to be there, and they couldâve scheduled me for an appointment when they actually had time. When I got there, I asked to do dip with a design. They were entirely too busy and should not have told me to come in. Because of this, the male worker completely rushed through my nails. Iâm realizing the dip is way too thin (probably the reason for the breakage) and it wasnât even smoothly done. It was even bumpier at first and I asked him to even it out, and he seemed annoyed. He also said âno design, your nail look too prettyâ, I said âbut I want designâ and he said ânext time we can doâ. I know he only said this because he wanted to finish with me and tend to the next customers. I couldnât even get what I wanted! This is something I shouldâve been told before I was worked on, I wouldâve found another salon that could do what I asked for. They just kept accepting the walk ins, when they shouldâve been more concerned with properly finishing up with the customers that were already there.

   Read moreI am shocked by the number of good reviews here, and am wondering if the owner is deleting bad ones. I came today with my mom and sister for an appointment for two gel mani-pedis, and one gel pedi. Service was extremely slow, we waited 45 minutes before we were even seen, and there were only two people on staff. Despite the wait, we decided to stick it out, because we needed our nails done for an event tomorrow, but cancelled our pedicures knowing it wasnt going to happen. The manicures were poorly executed, with dirty stations and no gloves to be seen. Also reused the same tools between me and my motherâs manicures without sterilizing. All in- it took 2.5 hours to get out of there.
The prices are also NOT as offered- on the menu it says gel manicures are 22 dollars, but he charged us $45 each, which makes them more expensive than other salons in the area. When I asked about it, the owner got defensive and stated that there were a bunch of incremental add-ins, like gel removal and polish cost, and that we were still getting a deal. The lack of price transparency is disingenuous and preys on customers.
The most concerning of all was how the owner treated his one employee working that day. She had asked multiple times for a break from all the customers, which he repeatedly denied her through the course of our 2.5 hours there. She seemed miserable and exhausted, and clearly they have staffing issues but never say no to a customer (even if they really cannot accommodate). Will not be...
