Wonderful place but employee does not hear when you make an order so they make it wrong. At least for me it has happened a couple of times and I was disappointed. I ordered a large she gave me a small and than just poured the small into the large I noticed that because the amount of boba looked so little like it was supposed to be in a small drink not a large. Bambu has become a regular visit for my friends and I! Delicious drinks and wonderful customer service. I've had a few of the ché and I love all of them so far, but my favorite drink here is the green Thai tea- I get it iced. The macarons are good too, very flavorful. Recently I went and got banana milk and the man making the drink gave me free boba with it because he said it would be very good- and it was delicious! I enjoyed very much and appreciate this place. First visit. Insane amount of drink selection and customization, best I've seen in the arbor/ypsi area!

They were a little busy and understaffed, and part of our drink order was lost in the shuffle resulting in a slightly longer wait than expected. The woman behind the counter was incredibly apologetic when she found out and made it right immediately. That's fantastic service, in my opinion!

The drinks and treats are also really impressive. Lots of flavor and texture combinations for add ins and toppings, definitely going to be back...
