Last night, it was our first time visiting this location and we will never return again sadly! It was such a horrible experience! Yeah, you can definitely believe and trust the other, negative reviews about this location!
First of all, workers should tell you before they begin making your food about which ingredients they are out of and also, if there will be more coming. Learn communication skills!
Last night, this location was out of chips, pinto and black beans, corn salsa, white rice, and vegetables. It wasn’t even close to closing time!
Also, there was only one lonely bottle of hot sauce left. That poor bottle, haha, with its dried, crusty sauce on the outside remaining with no liquid inside!
My spouse noticed a lemonade dispenser was totally out too. I ate my food inside and my spouse never saw any worker attempt to refill it.
But…If you were an omnivore, haha, there was plenty of meat left for you!
I decided to be understanding and I obviously still had my veggie bowl with sofritas and the tiny amount of pintos they could scrape out. I thankfully love brown rice, the only rice that was left. The lettuce I had on top looked brown on the edges. So disappointing! I also noticed the brown rice and sofritas were so very oily!
This is the only time I’ve had a bad meal at any Chipotle. I don’t like writing negative reviews, to be honest. I just hope things will improve at this location.
My spouse decided not to get food here, due to no beans. The person ahead of us also decided not to order any food, due to the lack of beans. So, this location loses money.
I noticed how many one and two star reviews there are of this location. Wow, they don’t even make an effort to improve anything here. The service also is so horrible. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to humans who work in food service, since their jobs can be stressful. But, get better skills! This location wasn’t even understaffed last night. The workers didn’t even seem to care or try to improve anything. Wow!
On a funny note, I ordered a bottle of Pellegrino and I briefly had to search for it near the cash register. The worker placed it behind an empty bag on the counter. I mean, really? I had to search for my beverage? Haha, after having to basically forage for a mediocre dinner here.
My spouse said he watched a worker empty one of the garbage bins in the dining room and the worker just allowed the plastic utensils to be all over the floor. Earlier, when I tried to grab a fork, it was actually a knife, haha, so all of the utensils were disorganized.
In general, this location was a bit messy. The food prep areas weren’t as clean as in other Chipotle locations we’ve frequented. This location needs an exorcism or something. Teach your workers about basic communication, customer service, food prep, sanitization, food safety, time management, cooking, etc. I guess Chipotle’s management here and their corporate offices don’t care about this location being so poor...

You can walk in, however, they will not take your order - you are forced to order online while standing there. In fact, the staff seem intent on avoiding interactions with customers at all costs.
We went on Fri evening- it was pretty busy. We placed our order at 8:30 p.m. and were told by the system that it would be ready at 8:45 p.m. We did not leave with our food until 9:20 p.m. however the staff did not communicate in any way about the status of anyone's order. There was a crowd of confused and hungry people who had no idea when or how to get their food.
The staff were placing completed orders on a rack in the very back of the shop. The guy putting them out had a speaking voice about as loud as whisper and occasionally made 1 lame attempt to call out the name before the setting the order down fast and leaving. The receipts are coded and it is not clear where to look for your name or which food is yours- anyone could grab anything and no one knew which order was which. Unfortunately the staff were avoiding customer service like it was the plague and blowing off anyone who asked a question, or outright ignoring us as if they hadn't heard anything.
There were 7 staff present. 3 or 4 of them were hustling in the kitchen, silently, with no communication of any kind either with each other or with the customers. The other 3 were standing in a circle (where the cashier WOULD HAVE BEEN) laughing and chit chatting while the kitchen was drowning. They weren't even pretending to convey the appearance of working. One had headphones in. There was not a manager to be seen. The lobby was filthy and there was no sanitation or social distancing.
The only reason I knew I wasn't getting my guac was because I overheard Mr Whisper tell a DoorDash driver, we're out of guac and they have to go online and get their own refund. No one said anything to me nor gave me a refund - it just wasn't in my bag. However, what WAS in my bag was my side of red sauce spilled all over everything else. Oh and my cold Izze was in there with my hot food.
Never in a million years will I ever return here. I would rather starve to death. I am the GM of a restaurant by the way and I do not write 1 star reviews lightly. However what I witnessed here on Fri was a disgrace and WOULD NEVER TAKE PLACE IN MY SHOP. They should just close if this is what they're bringing to the...
Read moreMy coworker and I ordered two separate online orders today exactly at the same time. We both choose the quickest option online for our order to be ready which was about five minutes of placing order. I am though like 5-10 minutes away from location from work. I get to chipotle they quickly were able to find my coworker's finished order and the girls in the back doing mobile orders on 9/6/22 could not fine mine. I gave them a few minutes to see if they were going to make it/find it after giving them my name. One of them said it was never sent back to the kitchen from the front store computer but found the order. So I waited and waited some more to see salad, burrito, salad, etc everything besides my quesadilla order being prepared "while they are claiming they found it and our working on it." One of the girls working loud enough so I can hear said to the other " I cannot believe she would expect to be ready already." (while my coworker's was ordered at same time and was ready).
I asked to speak to a manager after she was completely refusing to make my order and making other orders ahead of mine knowing I was waiting and that it was missing already should have been worked on. The manager came back from her 10-15 minute "bathroom break" as was instructed by another worker. She informed me that the problem with my order is that the items I ordered never actually transferred over to their system so my name was in the system but they actually did not have my order (that the other girl states she found and was working on) all this time later.
the manager stated well that I could wait in line and place the order again that way. I showed her my confirmation email from chipotle as well my paid order/bank receipt of payment and told her that I was not going to pay for my order again. That I expect my order to be made as I have been standing here for more than 15 minutes under the assumption that it was being worked on.
I hate to be leaving this "1" star review but this experience today has left much to be desired. I love the whole theory of what Chipotle stands for and Mexican food. So, I will probably be giving my business to other local places in the area...
