Sleep Number — Hotel in Ann Arbor

Purchased an I10 and two sets of sheets four weeks ago. Waited three week for delivery... 5 minutes after the delivery window they called and canceled giving us another delivery date again three weeks out. After numerous phone calls and a threat to cancel we were given a new delivery date in three days. After the delivery time started with no update we called and were told they were 45 minutes out... Sleep number delivery never showed, never called. Were going back to the store to cancel order and request full refund since delivery has never happened... Very disappointed!

So now its been another week and know I have yet another offer to call sleep number again and sit on hold For ever to get another ration of excuses of why they can’t do their job and somehow it must be my fault.... I have better things to do with my time than continue to be a victim of the sleep number...

I have 3 beds, a King and 2 Queens. The beds were great for a few years and now I need service and CAN'T get any service I have called the service center and each time I go though the instructions only to be told no one can help me and instructing me to call back another time. I logged in to do live chat and waited about 45 minutes with no response. I simply want a service call to check and fix problems on 3 beds. I got lots of great promises of prompt service and great warranty when I purchased the beds but that simply isn't true. Now I called a local sales outlet and they put in a request for a return call and I should hear from them in 72...

First, this review is for the company,, not this store. Our salesperson (Chris) deserves 5 stars for his excellent knowledge and communication. The company itself on the other hand deserves 0 stars. We ordered and paid for our bed in February. The first delivery was rescheduled ON delivery day, and moved out 3 weeks. Today was that day, and due to a delivery snafu I don't even know when the bed will arrive. I've dismantled my bedroom set twice now, and had heated conversations with customer service.
