The food is always excellent.. however, customer service, not so much. Pulled up, called inside, as the order was prepaid. We were told had to request curbside with online order.... There was no curbside. After entering speaking with one associate, "Karen" needed to interrupt. When asked if she could actually help, she then wanted to the associate to wait on the "other Karen" and she was just placing her order.. First time ordering. We ordered 3 ham and cheese sliders, 3 Cuban pork sliders, and a single side of potato salad. The sliders were delicious but very small, even for being on King's Hawaiian Rolls. Three were the equivalent of a 6-7 inch sub with about 6 ounces of meat and cheese. For comparison, the plate in the image is roughly 5" diameter. Plus, they were smashed when we got them. The potato salad was nothing short of 3 ounces of totally flavorless...

So their is never a hesitation on my part during the holidays to buy a honey baked ham for dinner. But a week ago I decided to do a quickI pull up for a lunch. Yep that's right! Lunch!! HBH sells sandwiches!!! So I decided to try it. Wow! let me tell I wasn't disappointed in my decision. I got the box lunch with classic ham sandwich on a Cresent. Oh my very tasty.
