This pair of buildings has a great mix of shops: a coffee shop, two sit-down casual restaurants, two quick food places, and one 24 hour gym. The gym, Anytime Fitness is not as big or as cheap as those $10/mo places, but it's reasonable, $40~50/mo. Better yet, the people you see here are all business and aren't meandering around. The quick food places are Subway and Hungry Howie's. (I'm kind of glad that I'm not able to impulse buy a quick, cheap burger.) The casual restaurants are Umi Sushi and Banditos, both of which are full during the lunch and dinner services, a good sign in a restaurant.
