Strip mall with nice shops. The entire facility is in fair condition but the parking and access to major roads in town make it a very nice place to go when you need or want to visit one of the stores in the area. There are a few very good restaurants, a pretty good craft beer bar, a Chinese grocery store, an Indian grocery store, a hardware store, and some other odds and ends.
