Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) — Attraction in Apex

Horrible and unacceptable customer service. First and foremost, I have absolutely no issue with Spanish-speaking customers. However, is this the bank of Puerto Rico? As I waited to be seen, I was greeted by a running movie that is Spanish-speaking only. We are in the United States of America. Secondly, we put in a request for service. We were told to come into the bank to have the request met. We receive a phone call from the so-called senior bank advisor name Eduardo. He leaves no message just a phone call. He text us to let us know he tried to reach out to us, but again no message and no relation to why he tried to call or text. Again, he never left a message via phone or text to relate any specifics for our visit. To add insult to injury, Eduardo confirmed why we were there for a visit once we arrived, and then proceeded to tell us after asking for our license and wasting more of our time that he could not help us. For starters when you call there no one ever picks up the phone. Additionally they are always too busy to talk to you if you are there in person.

My biggest issue is them refusing to cash check I have written. This refusal is based on a signature card they had on on file ( I had no idea). Frustrating to me and contractors I have written checks too. They can call or text and don’t... easier to just refuse service?
