I just visited Blissful Nail Bar in Apex with my husband for a pedicure, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Blissful Nail Bar exuded professionalism and genuine care for their customers.

Not only did they do an exceptional job with our pedicures, but they also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the results were simply stunning. Our feet felt pampered and rejuvenated, and the quality of their work was evident in every detail.

What truly set Blissful Nail Bar apart was the unexpected surprise of laughter and joy. The staff had an incredible sense of humor and created a lively and enjoyable environment. So disappointed! I called on Friday evening around 5:00pm spoke with a Emmy or Emma about coming and getting my nails done. I was coming from Holly Springs and due to traffic it took me about 20 minutes to get to their location. I walked in and asked for Emmy or Emma and let them know she said it was ok to come.... the first thing that proceeds out of Emma or Emmys mouth was wow it took you a long time to get here. I said yes that is because the traffic was bad at a stand still. She then ask me to pick a color I did not get a no worries we will be right with you. She starts yelling for one of the employees to come and assist me. This pregnant lady with the worst attitude came out walking around with a frown as if she did not want to assist me. This went on for about 5 minutes. A few minutes later a white lady and her daughter enters their establishment with no appointment or without calling....Emma or Emmy immediately acknowledged her by welcoming her and letting her know it would be a wait but she will be with her. This is very different from my greeting. I immediately came to the conclusion they did not want to serve me. I am an African American lady and I will NOT patronize these establishments who do not value my very existence. I hope your establishment works on treating everyone with respect because at the end of the day no one is obligated to spend their hard earned money in an establishment that doesn't...

I have been here twice for dip manicures, and the first one by Belle (see below) was 10 stars our of 5! However, I had to edit my original review because my last manicure was AWFUL! The manicurist ruined my nails! She only dipped twice and my nails chipped within 7 days. One nail split down the middle and it hurt so much that I had to use Super Glue to keep it from splitting. Her leg massage actually hurt because she kept hitting my shin bone. To make matters worse, the girl doing my nails was constantly checking her watch for texts or emails. I don't remember her name, but she wore a large, round watch circled with rhinestones. If you get her, walk away.

However, with Belle...Best manicure and pedicure ever! AI got a dip manicure that three weeks later still looks like it was done yesterday. She gave an amazing leg massage for my pedicure and my toe nails still look great! No chips at all after...
