M & M Jewelry — Attraction in Apple Valley

We have used M&M jeweler for over 15 years and have had nothing but professional quality service. It’s an immigrant family own business. The jeweler, his wife, his daughter, everyone has been completely friendly and professional to us. We have had battery watches installed, jewelry repaired and made multiple purchases from here. We will continue to use them as our go to jeweler. As for the negative reviews on here, all I can say is we have never had that experience. But as a business owner, we always have to understand that sometimes people do have a bad day and you should give the business owner a chance to make something right. I went in to have a bracelet resized. I’ve heard similar things done with the other jewelers. Money isn’t an issue for me, Thank God. The rude man who owns this place and treats his staff abusively Refused to even give me a price quote, apparently he was doing some horizontal chair exercises in the back room and his assistant who he yelled at came back and said he couldn’t help me with it.

Went to M and M jeweler with my wife in 2011 saw a ring that was absolutely stunning. My fell in love with. Spoke with Mr. M about our interest in the ring.we could not afford it at that time he said he would hold it for us for a month or two. Unfortunately l lost my job and my wife became gravely ill.
