Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Apple Valley

Only put five stars to get your attention. Here's a short back story. I work at Jack in the box off rancherias and I have to say if you go to a Jack in the Box this is the one to go to. Since I work there I know all the things they do to make sure the food is good. We make the food right when it is ordered. I know by the taste of frys if they have been sitting in the warmer for too long. You're suppose to throw them out after 10 minutes. I went to this particular Jack in the box, since it is close to me. I received a chicken sandwich that WASNT cooked all the way. It was actually soggy and the center was cold. And gave me a half full medium fry container with wilted frys that were also soggy. And received a regular large ice coffee when I asked for a small mocha iced coffee. (This I didn't mind as much) but over all this Jack in the box is a complete shame. This isn't the only time I've received crappy...

I went in today just to buy a gift card; A lady named Sonia was the most helpful, business-like and friendly person I've ever dealt with. She greeted me heartily and helped me immediately. Because she was out of new gift cards and only had holiday cards available, she was superbly apologetic and even offered me my choice of food, dessert of drink for the "inconvenience" even though I told her that I didn't particularly care. I told her I wouldn't mind a soda cup and she immediately handed me the largest cup without hesitation. I can't speak for the rest of Jack in the Box except my occasional taco stop (which is always fresh and hot), but Sonia knows customer service, and that's what matters most. This jack in the box is bogus! Not only are their prices higher that other jack in the boxes they tried to insist that I over pay for what food I was trying to order!if ringing up food a certain way isn't "allowed " then why is it a feature on all jack in the box registers? ...and why isn't it an issue at any other jack in the box?...and I've been ordering that same sandwich for over 5 years at multiple locations including out of state and never had an issue until now at this location!?....spells out either too lazy to ring it up right or too money hungry to gain a possible new regular customer!
