Was referred over to this place by my phone carrier insurance. When I showed up just to start, the guy had attitude (if you dont want to work and provide good customer service then dont deal directly with customers). I told him my carrier made an appt. He told me they don't do appts, only walk-ins. Ok fine. No problem. He then told me he didn't have me down to get my phone fixed. He asked me for a number. After taking the number confirmation that my carrier emailed me, he told me that was not correct. He told me I could pay to fix it or call my carrier and pay them. Which I paid already. I'm never going back to this place. I would rather pay full price elsewhere than to do business...

I have insurance on our Verizon phones. Mom locked her phone. Since we never set up a Google account, we had to pay they $70 to get help and reset the phone back to factory settings and still be able to use it. So make sure you have your Google account set up with a password known on your Samsung phone. Asked about running a cleaning on my phone. That is not an insurance deal either. That isn't covered, either. Once I got all the paperwork they wanted, they were nice...

The phone never had water damage, I have been paying insurance for 2 years, paid the deductible, dropped it off some guy took a look at it said come back in 2 hours. I called before I returned and was told by the female worker with attitude, it was not going to be fixed. So guy looking at it is cool with it female not.....what are they doing??
