Yavapai Casino — Attraction in Arizona

Was at the restaurant part at the Yavapai casino around 5pm on Oct 12, 2023 and have never experienced such terrible service in my life ! I understand if a place is short of staff, but that is not an excuse to treat someone badly. After waiting to be asked to order, and then to finally receive our order , which was just a basket of fries!! I wanted some ranch so I had my hand up to ask for some, and the waitress Kilie just walked passed our table and not once did she check on us. More time went by so I got up to walk around to go find someone that could give me some ranch, and I walked towards the kitchen area and some waitress told me I couldn’t be by that area so I said okay, but could you bring me some ranch please, everyone else is ignoring me… she continued walking past me so I went and sat back down and waited again… then the waitress Chelsea turned around from serving a table next to us and I waved my hand and she looked RIGHT AT ME AND KEPT GOING!! and the one waitress saw her do that and yelled out “can this girl get a ranch” and then that same lady got me a ranch and Rudely said “thank you for your patience “ obviously in a mocking voice because I told her everyone was ignoring me and then she saw it for herself and didn’t seem like she believed me until she herself witness it so was rude about it because she didn’t want to admit I was right about being ignored . Frankly, I really don't care for gambling and I'm not a casino guy. However, my mother likes to go there so I bring her to this casino. They have two casinos, a big newer one up on the hill which also has a hotel and they also have an older smaller casino down right off of highway 69. We prefer the smaller older casino. The staff who work there are very nice and they know my mom since she's a regular. They're always happy to see her and they have nice smiles and they are very cordial. They also have a bar and restaurant and that's my favorite part of the casino. I especially like the Wednesday senior citizen breakfast and lunch specials. They make a tasty breakfast. They also have a happy hour in the afternoon with half price appetizers and a few drink specials. The regular bartender there is very friendly and she knows all the regulars. Like I said, I really don't care much for gambling, but as far as casinos go, I like the Yavapai Casinos. These casinos are owned by the Yavapai Indians of the Prescott, Arizona area. I have come here several times and haven't won much of anything but that is just how it goes sometimes so I couldn't complain about that. What I did not appreciate was the extremely rude behavior of their security guards. They ask for my i.d as soon as I walked in the door and I had accidentally left it in the car. No big deal I get I have to have my i.d. What I don't get is why these simple security guards follow me all the way to my truck and call back up to help them. I am not only a polite and respectful person I am also a PAYING customer. What kind of business is this place? Felt more like a prison. Needless to say I will no longer be a customer nor will I ever recommend anyone. Step up guys. Enforcing rules is one thing but harassing customers is another.
