My wife and I stopped by here on our way through Prescott, trying to avoid the congested downtown area. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a friendly server who immediately got our drink order. However, a few minutes later we were asked to move tables as they had a large party coming in and wanted our table. This was annoying but also a blessing as the table we were sat at was missing a foot and the table top was loose, so it was rocking around wildly. Our new server introduced herself and from that point forward we rarely saw her. By the time we were done eating and waiting to get boxes and the check we ended up having to ask our original server to get them for us, as we hadn't seen our server in 20 minutes or more. Mind you, it was pre-dinner rush and there were a dozen or more employees milling about or standing around. The food was a mix of good and bad. I had the Oklahoma Smash burger, which was pretty good. It's not the best burger I've had as the patties were a bit dry and the bun fell apart, although the flavor was great. The sidewinder fries it came with, were light and tasty. My wife had the Mediterranean flatbread on a gluten free crust, which looked delicious, but fell flat on taste. It came with cucumber slices (cooked) which was not only an odd choice of topping but not a tasty one at all. That was our fault for not reading the menu description more closely. Even after picking them off, it wasn't very flavorful. Finally, we split an order of Tater Skins. There were four to the plate and as you can see from the picture, two were perfectly cooked, two were definitely overcooked. What struck me as super odd was, when I added them to our order I was told if we wanted them to come out first, she (our server) would have to go put the order for the appetizer in and come back later to put in our food order or it would all come out together. Um...what? I have never been told this when ordering an appetizer at any restaurant. That is just poor training or kitchen management. To top our experience off, despite the patio being only about 30% full, all of the guests were seated in one congested area. This left us seated next to a couple of gentlemen who had obviously been over-served and apparently knew few words outside of F-bombs and the occasional homosexual slur. It's a sports bar so not too shocking but given it was middle of the afternoon, not expected. Overall, a really poor experience and definitely not a family friendly atmosphere. I wouldn't eat here again and given all of the choices in the area, you might consider passing...

Been here twice and not so great service each time, but I'll start with the good stuff - FINALLY Prescott has a legitimate sports bar!! (There are several really good dive sports bars here though - check out Pudge and Astis!) Lots of quality big screen TV's and they will do their best to put your game on the best screen for you. Patio is both heated and ventilated so it looks to be a solid year round sports destination. I measure a sports bar by their wings and the Honey Hot grilled did not disappoint. Meaty, crispy, and perfectly cooked. I also had one of their burgers - I'm personally not a fan of the smashburger style, so not for me, but I heard people all around me commenting how good their burgers are, so if you like a good smashburger, you'll likely find a favorite here.
And now for the service...
First time was busy and I sat at the bar. Bartender seemed nice enough until I paid. My bill was $48 and I put 3 20's on the bar. I was talking to someone and she must've picked up the cash, as I turned around and it was gone. She checked out for her shift and was gone ...no acknowledgement, no change, no "thank you". While I did intend that as her tip, not even acknowledging she picked up the cash and not offering change is pretty presumptuous and IMO awful customer service, I will not sit at her bar again. 2nd time, I was there for shift change again and sat at a patio table. The servers themselves were both very friendly. Unfortunately, we sat for 45minutes after the first server checked out and had to go ask for service to get someone else to help us, even though several servers walked by without checking in.
UPDATE - Third visit...STRIKE THREE!! Bad service unfortunately seems to be the byproduct of just being bad business. Most of this visit was actually pleasant...it was, I guess not surprisingly, the guy who appeared to be in charge that ruined this experience!! I will not return and encourage you all to save your money and go elsewhere. 30 minutes before closing time (9:30pm) they turned off every TV not being watched and said very shortly "we're closing soon" (same dude that told me it wasn't possible for the channel to change on the game I was watching when I asked to get the game back on the screen). This is not a sports bar but a good ol boys hangout. They don't give a crap about sports, service or their customers or the games they are watching (if you're in OT, feels like they'll kick you out, so don't do late...
Read moreThis honestly makes me so sad to even write. I waited and anticipated for this place to open the entire time construction was underway. I seen all the efforts go into the place when being Remodel and those are very appreciated, However, it makes Me sad to say that the food is not up to par waitress and waiters should really shadow and take after Chrissy, when there was downtime, she was feeling salt and pepper Shakers, sweeping checking on other guest, taking other guests items that are not her tables drinks which makes you feel very appreciated. However, other staff seem very unhappy to be at work, unhappy to serve(sad face) . I understand when a new establishment opens food, takes a minute to get to a place where it should be however we ordered a flatbread pepperoni pizza. It was more of a deep dish pizza. Just inform you . Not bad just not what item is described as. I requested drink (patron shots) was informed they sold out on UFC fight night. I would say I get it , but there is a Total wine in their parking lot. Just confused. Honestly it just makes me sad to write this but I am the type of person that would like to know what I am walking into so this is just me informing , I would like to say we will give this place another try, but this is our second time so will be waiting a few months...
