At Home — Local services in Four Corners States

I used to love this place! Now I won't step foot in here. I found the perfect little tv stand on the clearance rack. Brought it up the register and it rang full price. No big deal. I explained that we got this off the discount rack and an associate came over to help. She asked us to show her where we got it from. So, we did. She then got on her walkie talkie to a manager and explained the dilemma. The manager explained (over the walkie talkie for everyone to hear) that it was full price. Then the manager basically accused my husband and I of actually moving said 100lb piece of furniture to the clearance rack and fraudulently placing a clearance sticker on said item. Myself, my husband and 3 other customers in the area heard her loud and clear. Horrible customer service! Get a grip on life lady. Even the associate felt embarrassed as she quickly tried to turn down her walkie talkie and walk away from customers, so we wouldn't hear the managers rude, in called for behaviour. It could've been a quick fix. Nope, not on sale. Fine, no big deal. Instead, it turned into much more than need be. We left the merchandise up at the register...

I went to the store today at approximately 1:15 and was met with the the most rude and unprofessional "alleged" manager! I had approximately $100 dollars of merchandise which included the chair cushions that currently are on sale. She told me it was my fault to have understood my cushions were on sale as she also went on to tell me how she has been a manager and has been for 7 years. Further told me others are confused by the sale sign they have hanging. She had a list of reasons why I the customer was wrong along with her condescending tone. Clearly this individual needs to be in any other position that does not interact with the public. She lacks in so many ways. I left and purchased nothing! I would be surprised if I'd go back to this store or encourage...

My husband brought me here to browse the new Halloween collection. We weren’t planning to get anything but I fell in love with this large Halloween decoration. We couldn’t find a price on it and we were just aimless wandering trying to figure out where the box might be. An employee, Leo, asked if we needed anything and when my husband inquired about the decoration he said that was the last one, but he would be happy to sell it to us even though it was the floor model. Leo didn’t hesitate to help us, and he took the floor model apart and packed it up for us without any complaint! He was so kind to us during the whole process and during checkout.
