We did espionage as 3-people team. Starting with good part: Rooms and activities were really fun to do and there is a huge potential in growing bigger Now the bad part: The staff member explained the story in the beginning without even facing toward our direction so we didn’t have any idea where to start. Also, ended up being rushed for most of the games before solving most of the puzzles probably due to the short amount of time? Most of the keys were not even working. Didn’t even offer to us if we had any questions at the end. Also noticed that the price changed to more expensive amount - 70 for all three games but it used to be 40 for all three games. Even if you are going to increase the price twice the amount, shouldn’t you also increase the time that we can spend as well??

This fun spot is on the third floor of Ballston Quarters. It’s kind of like an escape room but with somewhat less complicated puzzles and a lot more running around / spatial, audio and visual challenges. There are three themes you can choose and since each game is about 30 min long, the best value is to do all 3. Out of the three, I preferred the espionage and mummy theme. The production value is very high. The only downside is we did it as two people when I think the games are designed more for four, and since we’re time boxed but couldn’t solve things fast enough, we sometimes got “pushed through” and the doors opened to the next room even though we didn’t solve the puzzle yet. Overall though we definitely enjoyed it.

We had a reservation for 4:15 and the workers told us they were running behind but they could get us in by 4:30 which was fine with us. We sat down for 30 mins and watched a group finish one puzzle and then the workers let them in the puzzle we were waiting for ahead of us. After over an hour they finally told us we couldn't do the tomb but they would let us do the espionage puzzle instead. Overall it was pretty fun, the puzzles were easy, sometimes more physical than mental. One of the puzzles was broken so essentially unsolvable. They did give us a free pass to come back to try tomb but it says it's free only with another purchase. Overall a mediocre experience for how expensive it is.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most engaging and delightful escape rooms, thanks largely to the exceptional team that facilitated our adventure. The service we received from start to finish was nothing short of exemplary, with each staff member playing a crucial role in enhancing our experience. First and foremost, I must commend our game master, Kinzie, whose expertise and enthusiasm truly set the stage for an unforgettable experience. Kinzie's ability to guide us, without giving too much away, added a layer of excitement and mystery to our game. Her hints were cleverly designed to make us think rather than just providing solutions, which kept the thrill alive throughout our time in the escape room. It's rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with fun so seamlessly, but Kinzie managed this with aplomb.

In terms of overall service and customer service skills, Samirah was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and valued. Her friendly demeanor and efficient handling of our booking and orientation process ensured that our group was comfortable and fully informed about what to expect. Samirah's attentiveness to our needs and her genuine interest in our enjoyment was evident in every interaction. Her ability to engage with customers and ensure their satisfaction is a testament to her professionalism and dedication to her role. Alsi, on the other hand, impressed us with her in-depth knowledge of both the establishment and the intricacies of the escape room itself. Her passion for her work was infectious, and her insights added a rich layer to our experience. Alsi's explanations of the thought process behind the room's design and the clues were fascinating, making our adventure not just fun but also educational. Her expertise did not go unnoticed; it was clear that she is not only passionate about her position but also extremely knowledgeable. The synergy between Kinzie, Samirah, and Alsi created an atmosphere that was welcoming, engaging, and professional. Their combined efforts made our escape room experience truly memorable. The cost of the experience was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and the quality of the escape room itself. It's a testament to their commitment to providing outstanding entertainment and customer service that we left feeling that we had received excellent value for our money. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this escape room highly enough. Thanks to Kinzie, Samirah, and Alsi, our experience was far beyond what we had anticipated. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service skills made our adventure not just a game, but a highlight of our time together. If you're looking for an escape room that combines challenging puzzles with top-notch service, look no further. This team will ensure you have an incredible time, making memories that you'll cherish long after you've solved...

This is more a warning for anyone that still wants to have their coat after visiting this establishment. My child was invited to a birthday party. When we arrived, the birthday child and their parents were not yet there. Instead, we were greeted by a 5 Wits employee (I believe he was the manager) that asked if we were there for the birthday party. He asked my child for her coat and the birthday gift. He did not give my child an option to keep her coat or even let her parent hold it. He asked for it and took it. I just assumed that it would be stored in the birthday room. When I arrived to pick her up from the party, her coat was nowhere to be found. There was no apology. They just said that they would call the party hosts if it were found and threw a child out in 20 degree weather! I later found out from my older child that 5 Wits has lockers. This was not an option given to my child, me, or even the party hosts. Yet, they took the time out to tell the hosts that there was only one other group scheduled around the same time as the party. When I called to inquire if my child's coat was returned or found, the manager said no. He was quick to say that it was accidentally taken and that nothing like this has ever happened. I asked if he could contact the only other group that was there at the same time to ask if a coat was "accidentally taken." He said that he would and would call me regardless of what he found. 5 Wits never called and it's been over a month since I last spoke with Scott. The party hosts called them another time, and they said that no coat was ever found. I wouldn't be irritated with 5 Wits if my child carelessly left her coat, BUT 5 WITS took it from her. They gave her NO other options to store her coat. 5 WITS, you should admit that you were wrong and that my child's coat was stolen....hopefully our gift to the birthday kid wasn't "accidentally...
