12/18/2023 Update - still coming here and continuing to get stronger. In fact did my first unassisted chin up recently. Now working w Joanne and she’s great! I really appreciate how flexible she is (Karly was too) when I need to reschedule due to work conflicts. I’m also doing the app and love having my workouts on demand now. Still love the environment and the friendliness of everyone there. Can’t say enough about this place!
12/14/2022 Update - I’ve been coming here and training with Karly for over a year now and can say I've come a long way with strength training PRs and how strong my shoulders have gotten. I'm now able to do push ups and other weight movements without any pain, which is a big deal for me considering where I started when I first met Karly. It's been great to have my shoulders start feeling like my old (pre "good form" ;-) self. I'll also add that I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere here and how you get to know the other trainers and of course the cutest gym dog Leena!
I’ve been enjoying working out here w/ my trainer Karly since early spring. I really enjoy the 1:1 training and the space with the various equipment has allowed me to have a great variety of workouts. Karly has been great in helping me get my strength back after a long time of no serious weight lifting due to shoulder exercises. I can see myself getting stronger over the last few months! The space itself is also great. At most I’ve seen 2 other trainers here w/ their clients, so it’s never crowded (which is great during this covid time) and I really like having the online option w/ their app to keep up my workouts between visits w/ Karly. Heather paired Chanda and I together and I couldn’t be more grateful to Chanda for her dedication and compassion to me as a client. You can tell immediately that Chanda is an amazing trainer who cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed in their health journey. She’s incredibly smart and is always thoroughly explaining movements and what muscles are utilized and strengthened. She easily pivots or modifies if it doesn’t click right away and that makes such a difference in how I approach these new workouts. She makes you feel confident even when things get tough.
