ALDI — Attraction in Arlington

Totally ruined Mother's Day! I don't live in the area, but my Mom lives close to this store. I went online and placed an order for delivery on Mother's Day, selecting a lot of items on their website that they promoted as Mother's Day gifts, including flowers. I selected 10am - noon delivery time, which was one of the options in their checkout process. At almost noon on Mother's Day, I start getting updates on my phone from a 3rd party delivery vendor that almost all of the items I ordered were being refunded. They literally set nothing aside that I ordered two days prior. There were no flowers available, and almost all of the goodies and gifts I ordered were unavailable. They wasted the 3rd party delivery contractor's time and completely failed me on an important occasion. I will never attempt to shop at...

I just wanted to take a moment and praise the manager on duty tonight, 11/9/20. My husband couldn't find his wallet and figured he had left it at Aldi earlier in the day. I stopped by at around 7:30pm to see if someone had happened to turn it in. The manager (I didn't catch her name) said one hadn't been turned in and she took me to the parking lot and helped me look. We went all over and even checked the shopping carts. We didn't find it but she said if I figured out what time he was here they could check the surveillance and see if he did in fact drop it. She was very caring and did her best to help me find my husband's wallet. She deserves a promotion and a raise!!...

This was my first time at an Aldi and honestly everything was great until it was time to check out. The name on my receipt says bcyodi and they were extremely rude. As he was scanning my items, he made no eye contact or even acknowledged me and just threw my items into the cart. Even with me bagging them he was throwing them in still and it was hitting my hand. The cashier even threw the eggs and some broke and he never apologized and just told me the total over and over as I was trying to clean it up and told me this wasn’t the place to be doing that and to move. Honestly, I really liked the store, but the cashier ruined the entire experience for me and I won’t be back...
