Art Frame Factory — Attraction in Arlington

I picked up a picture today that we had restored and framed by this shop. The owners are very nice and even put my picture in the car. The picture itself turned out wonderfully. Better than we could have expected. It was a pretty old picture of a loved one who has passed on. So it means alot that it was done correctly. I really appreciate it. I will be back because they also sell paintings and I am always looking for original art for parts of my house. I want a nice painting or paints for my kitchen. Overall I would recommend this...

I'll be flying in for the holidays & want to have a custom mat cut for a gift while I'm there. I'm aware that framing takes time so I called ahead to get the ball rolling. The woman I spoke to was quick to dismiss me & told me she was a custom framer, not a supplier. She refused to answer any of my questions & practically hung up on me. These people are incredibly rude. I dont know how anyone can stay in business with service like that. AVOID...
