I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I purchased a phone here a couple of years ago and I paid over 800. It worked perfectly fine for the first five months. However, after that it got black listed for some reason. Whenever I purchased the phone it was brand new and the box still had the “seal”. I then took it back with the receipt in hand and the guy who was helping me out was trying to charge me 100 + for unlocking it. I was really unpleased so I called the Arlington police department. They ended up unlocking it for free but it was still a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Btw the phone I purchased was an iPhone 6s.

Response: I am not confused with another cellphone store. I was a customer here for the longest. I just don’t think it’s fair that after the phone got black listed the guy was still trying to charge me...

A Z Wireleess is AMAZING and they have Amazing deals! Seriously we saved a lot of money by going to A Z WIRELESS! I would recommend this place to everyone because not only do they sale everything you need some of their products still have warranties and it’s all legit! They will have you test everything before you leave the store which I really appreciate as well as if anything were to go wrong they will make things right....but trust me nothing will go wrong! It’s very reassuring to know that you can get the finer things in life for a way better price I don’t know about you but I’m always looking for a great deal! This place has perfume, purses, phones, all kinds of things! I’m definitely a customer...

I bought a Pixel 6 from this place. Everything was working fine for the first few hours. Then the calls started dropping, phone kept restarting on its own, it would freeze....an absolute nightmare. I called this guy to tell him he had sold me a defected phone and his response to me was he "doesn't fix phones, he just sells them." I've been trying to call Google customer service and I can't get through. My experience with this place has been absolutely horrible. Unless you like throwing your money in the garbage, I would avoid this business at all cost. If throwing your hard earned money in the trash is your thing, look no further, you found the right place.
