Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Arlington

Worst experience ever with a Jack in the Box. Ordered online and checked my bag before I left and saw I had loaded fries instead of tacos, I came inside to fix it and that went well. I got home and my sandwiches were made wrong. I tried to call the store with no response. I drove back up to the store, came inside just to wait for about 2-3 mins before I was served, a team member came up and just looked at me with this "what do you want?" look on his face. I then asked to speak to the manager, I told the manager about my food and he even gave me this "omg you want me to remake everything?" look when I asked him to remake everything. He remade the food which was great (still missed some items off of the sandwichs when I checked it again in the car, but at that point I was fed up and ready to go, so I didn't care anymore.) however, when I told him about his employee, his response to me was " okay okay" with this rushed voice like he doesn't have time to listen to a paying customer that had to come back and ask you nicely to fix YOUR mistake. Love Jack in the Box but this one is trash. Never again 🗑 I'll go out of my way to drive to another Jack in the Box before I EVER come here again. So, I don’t typically leave reviews on places, but I had to share my experience here and it wasn’t a good one. So, I have a stutter and I ordered through the drive thru which is kind of challenging for me because of my stutter and today I wanted to conquer my fear. Chadwick was the name on the receipt, and he must’ve misunderstood me because he completely messed up my order and it wasn’t even correct on the receipt. I get it, I have a stutter, it’s hard to understand me sometimes, but instead of saying something like, “Okay, we’ll fix that for you, my apologies” or something along those lines, he proceeded to argue back and forth saying verbatim, “I promise you that you didn’t say that.” I ordered “a large fry” along with other items and they must’ve thought I said “large sprite” because that’s what they handed me. I get it, they sound the same…kind of. I’ve encountered discrimination before, but NEVER in this capacity. They gave me a full refund, which was nice, but idk why they didn’t just swap out the fry for the drink and I didn’t get the drink because I handed it back to them. I mean, I think they’re the same price or around the same price. I don’t believe in “the customer is always right” but I know...

They were not able to make the new noggy shake for me during this visit so I tried the new donut holes. I don't know why but I was expecting something totally different and read way more into the item than what was there lol I thought I would be getting some kind of warm deep fried battered cookie crusted something or another with a warm mushy middle NOPE this is as basic of a donut hole as it gets. It's like your run-of-the-mill cake Donut from a donut shop just in the form of a donut hole. It's not made fresh. It's way too sweet and in my opinion this doesn't taste like biscoff at all and it's served cold. Ugh! I did not like that at all. I literally started chewing one of them and spit it out so the other two went in the trash as well so this was a total waste of money. Glad it was as cheap as it tastes.
