There are many indoor play areas in Ashburn and sterling area but this is by far the best in my opinion. My kids loved it and I throughly enjoyed their safe and fun experience. The place is clean. Very spacious and has tons of activities for the kids. My sons absolutely loved the ball pits. Nice cute areas for little tikes and good moon bounces for older kids. I was actually going around visiting these indoor playarea because I had to keep my kids busy in this hot hot summer, plus I was looking for fun place for my 5 year old's upcoming birthday party. After visiting this place we all approved it. Bonus was to learn that we can bring any kind of outside food except for nut items. I was estactic to hear this!!! Usually these places don't allow anything except for cakes and cupcakes. You have to order pizza through them which turns out to be more pricey than it normally is. Now I can take my yummy homemade sandwiches, pasta and other stuff which the adults will also enjoy! :) Although this place is perfect, it can use just tiny bit of improvement. There is no place to sit when you have to put your socks on (in Summer's naturally) or shoes on upon leaving. The storage bench can be anchored to the wall and can be used for this purpose. It has a sign on it that we can't sit on it and can tip over. If they don't want to use that bench, they can install a couple of more around the entrance. We all had to sit on the tiled floor and put shoes on and stuff. Becomes a hassle when you have little kids. Second, the girl in the front desk was not that friendly or welcoming. She wasn't equipped with much information regarding the questions I had about booking a party with them. She seemed very reserved and rather cold. This isn't Sephora or bebes store! it's a kids playarea. You need you have a welcoming personality and bedside manners. I forgot her name, she was a tall African American girl, seemed pretty young, possibly in her early 20's. Regardless, an awesome...

Moral of story: Bring Socks, Don’t bother if you’re kid isn’t fully walking, climbing, jumping bc they’ll charge you full price anyways.
I went yesterday for the first time with my 11 month old. I looked it up on Google and browsed through the website briefly. Seemed like a sanitary price and for infants; a reasonable cost $6 and change. This makes sense since they can’t use half the items (bounce houses, trampoline, climbing items).
I arrived and one lady was helping a customer book a party. However, she didn’t great me. Five minutes later, a second worker camee up to the register, ignored me even though I said Hello and proceeded to answer the phone and took a lengthy phone all.
After she finished helping the customer (mind you I have a very wriggly baby at this point) she has me fill out a liability form. When I stated she could’ve handed this to me while she was helping the other customer, she rolled her eyes. She asked how old, I answered but then she charged me the full price $11 and change. When I protested and said she still counts as an infant, she said it was based on ability and since she was an early walker it would be the full price.
Seriously, I should left right then. Then she asked if we had socks; which no...this was our first time. And it’s summer...great an additional two dollars.
That said, place is clean, but it was hard for my new walker to play even in be baby areas or ball pits due to the unruly older kids. Honestly, it’d be much better if the facility had rules for age limits for the younger areas.
She had a great time, which is why I didn’t rate it terrible; but as a Mom of a younger kid who is a new toddler; just...
Read moreDANGEROUS!!! Way over crowded (I stopped counting at 200 people (with alot of kids over age limit recklessly mixed in with tiniest kids). I literally watched a kid with a chain wallet roundhouse kicking things inside the kids play area. No parents or staff did anything. I also stopped multiple tiny kids from getting squashed in the ball pit before giving up and just leaving before our kids got hurt.
Staff wore no tags and were nearly impossible to find. I wanted to leave and get a refund but after 10min I gave up finding anyone (no one at desk, no one in the floor area, no clue if anyone was even in the building).
If you have small kids, avoid this place. The county needs to investigate this place because they were probably near 2x their posted number of people allowed at one time. There are no wristbands and no tracking of people. They say you have 2hrs to play but no one is paying attention. Two massive birthday parties never had folks leave after their slotted time which probably made it so crowded. Once again, employees were non existent and...
