Manhattan Pizza Ashburn — Restaurant in Virginia

Instead of my food delivering in 20 mins like normal, I got it an hour and a half later. My initial call, I paid for the order and confirmed the address for delivery. An hour later I call to check on my order and the employee who picked up the phone told me that my order is not found and I must have placed it in the wrong location. After 6 times providing my phone number, address and confirmed that my credit card was charge, he admits that my order is ready for pick up. I told him the order was for delivery, so he instead in charging me for delivery cost. I paid a second time and was told my food will be delivered in ten mins. 20 mins later the driver shows up with an attitude. My food was cold and saggy. In both times I called the employees are joking and laughing in the background with each other. Not focusing in my call at all. That is why they forgot my food there and not in a hurry to deliver even after the second time I called. It’s like a country club social hour. No one cares to actually work. As result my son went hungry to his Hockey game and my two little toddlers were having tantrums because they were an hour and half past their meal time. I didn’t get an apology instead the driver said, “well we credit you for the initial order for pick up and only charged for the delivery.” Ridiculous! Last time I am ever going to order from them. I had other incident that been happening in my last few times that I been ordering. This one throw me over the edge. The lack of professionalism and Arrogance behavior of the driver was...

I went here today for lunch after reading reviews. I searched for pizza places in my area (Ashburn VA) and Manhattan Pizza had the best reviews. I got a large cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a beef/lamb gyro.

Pizza- how anyone can say this is good pizza is comical to me. It reminded me of dominoes, with less sauce, less cheese, and a crust that didn’t have the flavor dominoes had. I looked at the bottom of the pizza and you can tell it’s made on a conveyor belt over with a screen. Again just like dominoes. Nothing about this pizza was “NY” style, and def not brick oven. I was extremely disappointed. I had one and a half slices. Same with my wife. 2/10

Gyro: the gyro was better then other pizza places. The meat was thick cut. But you could tell it was frozen. Overall I love gyro meat, and normally will eat it reguardless. I would give this a 6/10.

Mozzarella sticks- pretty basic frozen , ordered from Sysco or another food company. The sauce with them looked like a crayon. It was so strong / fake tomatoe taste. I don’t get how a pizza place can’t have real marinara sauce. 6/10

I ordered this pizza, and went and picked it up cause I was hoping it would be fresh. It was kinda cold even though they quoted me as 15-20 minutes and I was there within 15.

If you want decent pizza ordered from Ashburn brick oven. Cheese - well done. Extra side of marina. It’s way better...
