We were fortunate to find Ericas catering service in time for a home celebration of a Birthday two years ago. I was beyond impressed from the start- from the first phone conversation, to her responsiveness in providing photos and descriptions of her culinary magic, to the on time delivery, and most importantly- to everyone’s absolute raves- this could not have been a better choice. Her food options were varied, very high quality of ingredients, she was adorably delightful on the phone and in person, and clearly loves preparing food that is delicious, artfully presented, well priced and overall so accommodating. From appetizers to dessert, there was nothing leftover, and I ordered generously. That’s how good everything was. I highly recommend Erica for any size meal or occasion. During these Covid days, instead of going out, I’m going to order from Red Fiddle Vittles and if there are any leftovers, will freeze them for another day. We hired Matt & Erica to cook for our families the night before our Elopement. In every sense of the word they are incredible! From the beginning, they were so warm and friendly, professional and accommodating to our requests. We liked the fall versions of their menu items for our taste, but were having a spring meal- they happily let us pick from the fall varieties. They also made us our favorite dessert on request. On the day of our event, they maintained great communication, cooked us a fabulous meal that everyone loved, picked from our wines what would pair best with our meals and continued to serve our wine throughout the night. They were covid-safe, wearing masks, but you could still feel the smile on their faces and their sweet demeanor. They also were not remotely fazed at the sudden demise of our rental home's dishwasher the morning before they arrived. We recently hired Red Fiddle Vittles to cater a Celebration of Life for my boss’s mother, and I can’t thank Matt, Erica, and their team enough. After having to reschedule due to a hurricane and dealing with a last-minute venue change, they remained incredibly flexible, accommodating, and calm throughout the process.

Despite the changes, they still delivered top-notch service and an unforgettable spread. The food was absolutely incredible—plentiful, beautifully displayed, and, most importantly, delicious! Guests kept commenting on how great everything tasted.
