So far I have gotten a defective tank from d4 and a juice that tasted like it has massive amounts of nicotine in it. Way more than what the label states. I was cleaning the tank and the firing pin fell out I didn't even know that is what had happened. I came in and asked the girl with the dreadlocks why it wouldn't fire so then I was informed the firing pin was missing. So I asked if there was anything they could do. I was told if it was a manufacturing defect they would replace it. After I called back I was informed that the firing pin shouldn't just fall out (sounds like a defect to me) so I asked if they would be able to replace it. She proceeded to call me a liar and state that I had to have taken the firing pin out myself. Knowing full well I did not because I didn't even know what was wrong with the tank. In conclusion it was the girl with the dreadlocks I had an issue with everyone else there are really good people and do what they can to help. Though they need a better return policy I purchased some salt nic and I've been vaping 50mg but the juice I got was 30mg and was much harsher with a bad throat hit. This place has good prices and good selection, my only complaint is that I called from the Kings Daughters hospital during the Covid outbreak having been admitted for pancreatitis and explained that I just needed a bottle of juice but my girlfriend had no idea what she was buying but she would pick it up for me, I was told rather rudely that I could order online but they couldn’t take orders over the phone. I explained that the hospital didn’t have very good internet so the website wasn’t loading but I just needed a bottle of 35mg salt, any brand with a fruity flavor held back with my name and my girlfriend would come buy it in an hour. The girl on the other end acted like it was a huge problem for her, I apologized and said I wasn’t trying to be a burden but I can’t leave and she seemed to relax a little and even told me she hoped I felt better, overall a good experience but couldn’t leave 5 stars. I ordered 3 bottles of the same juice from this shop, the first bottle was great, I opened the 2nd bottle and got a funny taste so I changed the coil, cleaned the tank and put the juice back in, it still didn’t taste like the first bottle. I then open the 3rd bottle it was better but still lacking taste. My husband called in to the shop they are suppose to reach out to the boss and get back to us by the end of the day we’ll it’s the end of the day and we have not heard nothing.
