Its too hot to play outdoors in this Atlanta heat but the a/c was cranking inside! This was my first visit to this beautiful venue. Dill Dinkers has 11 cushioned courts. Came for a DRILLS event & Belle, at the front desk, was so friendly & courteous. Loved the color combo on the court floors, which carried throughout the building. Facility had courtside benches for spectators; tables n chairs to relax; plenty of places to dump gear; paddle stack at every court; very high industrial ceilings and they even recycle cracked balls. Info Wall was full of upcoming events, specials days & marketing opportunities.

Great looking facility. In a good area with food so you can eat afterwards..... Very clean..... Would definitely go back for open play.....

Confession: I’m biased because I work at the Dill Dinkers’ headquarters in Maryland, so of course I lean toward raving cheerleader. In this case, however, the cheering is super effortless and without hesitation. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Because of my position, I’ve visited LOTS of pickleball facilities over the last year, both Dill Dinkers and others. I can honestly say this is easily one of the very best places to play, for all of the reasons I mention below (and more).

First, however, I want to shoutout the Atlanta pickleball scene. Y’all make me want to move here! Over the last week, I’ve had the joy of meeting and watching many hundreds of awesome, pickleball-thirsty local players. Across the board, I found you to be enthusiastic, lovable, unapologetic pickleball addicts. Keep it up Atlanta! You give pickleball a good name.

Now, for the review: The staff is extraordinary - attentive, deeply kind, and mature. Many are crazy good players, so they understand what players of all levels want and need, and they make it happen.

The facility is virtually flawless with 11 championship-sized cushioned courts in an air-conditioned building. They used rubber flooring in their main walkway to reduce noise, they painted the walls to make seeing the ball easier, and they installed fences in between courts to minimize chasing balls and maximize play time. They provide balls. You can test demo paddles for free. They have a robust pro shop with the latest paddles and merchandise. They offer 2 ball machines (free use for members).

Sheridan, the Director of Pickleball, has created extensive and diverse programming for all levels, including coached open play, clinics, leagues, King+Queen events, tournaments, etc. She’s a dream person in this role. Our corporate office is so impressed with her knowledge and commitment and what she’s done and plans to do.

Kyle, the Director of Operations, is a delightful maniacal magician. He has such good and clear vision. He is determined to make this the best place to play on earth, hahaha. And he has a heart of gold.

The rest of the staff are equally remarkable.

Their location on the West End Beltline is perfect. Nearly everyday, I played pickleball and then walked two blocks down to some of the best breweries and food in the city. (Yes, I can’t believe I’m getting paid to do this!)

The Atlanta Dill Dinkers offers a membership model that is very user-friendly. Dill Dinkers is expanding rapidly thanks, in large part, to that successful model. It is intentionally affordable and sustainable. We find it works well for everyone.

Finally, I want to acknowledge the foundation of this great adventure. The entire ownership team is simply amazing and they have skillfully collaborated to make incredibly good choices, from their hiring to the building to the location. Laura and Daniel Hardeman have poured their beautiful hearts and souls into the facility and it shows. They plan to expand with more locations in Atlanta over the next few years.

This will give me many great excuses to return to this beautiful city and play with my new addict friends.

Thanks y’all!...

Greetings,

Today, as a first time visitor with my pickle ball partner... I can honestly say the experience was less than stellar. Upon arrival, I was told that my online sign up ($40) was just for one person… although my receipt displays me and my partners name. The gentleman at the desk spent more time wanting me to see his viewpoint than acknowledging… I’m a customer with a perceived legitimate grievance. $80 for two hours for two people is ridiculous. Made it in… 15 min later, and there were only four people… in the whole place at 10am, on a rainy day. The facility is top notch and the ambiance is grade-A. But, the customer service and the pricing is out of...

While traveling through ATL I stopped for a few days and searched for locations to play some pickleball. Someone told me to call Dill Dinkers. One of the awesome owners answered and invited me to come play and said he’d call around to get some people of my level for some high quality games. When I arrived, I was blown away with how nice the courts and layout were. The employees are excellent players, friendly and happy to play if they aren’t busy. If you’re in ATL and looking for some good games, great people and high quality courts, do yourself and your pb addiction a favor, visit this place. Thanks to Destin, Daniel,Laura,Alexia,Kyle and Coach Justin, you all...
