My son who is neurodivergent and has a diagnosis of ADHD was well cared for and accommodated by staff while attending camp WaWa for spring break. He sometimes gets triggered by competitive games and the staff were prepared with helpful Coping strategies to help him redirect his focus and extra energy. Playing outdoors most of the time is a healthy way to burn off excess energy and connect with nature.
