If you looking for a sauna that’s upscale but a reasonable price point & has a great experience, this is the place for you!
For me, the customer service is still hat set them apart! Here’s why I say that: The manager, Ben, was there for my first session, and he’s probably one of the primary reasons I decided to do a membership! Extremely friendly and provided me with a great, detailed overview of the facilities and benefits of the different features of the sauna. He also went above and beyond and gave me cash for the parking valet (when I asked if parking was validated, it’s not bc the valet behind the building is free). He also gave me a free cleaning juice when I told him I was trying to do a post travel detox 😂 After a first amazing visit, I wanted another session. I accidentally overslept and called the front desk panicking (which I’d like pause & mention this is something I greatly appreciate after going to one sauna in the area where you could NEVER get ahold of the front desk). Without any issues, they rescheduled it for later in the day. After my session, the lady asked how I wanted to play…. Turns out that rescheduling it’s meant the transaction hadn’t fully gone through on Class Pass. With this being completely my fault, I eas fully expecting to have to pay. However, the lady there waived it and told me they completely understood the mistake.. WOW!
I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a while, and it totally blew me away! Additionally, they have a flexible booking system (through mind body), you can use their studios across the country (w/ a membership), and the facilities/sauna equipment seem brand new, are super stylish, and even have showers/toiletries that you can use after your sessions (non of the other studios I’ve been to have had this)!
Again, I think this place it great! I think the only not-so-great thing I have noticed is that some of the rooms do have a little extra dust/dirtiness on the floors of the sauna. It’s not enough to make me grossed out personally, but if you are particular about cleanliness, that could be a consideration.
All in all, I think the staff really do try to make it the best experience possible and the offerings are fabulous! They have a new member offer to try it out, so if you’re on the fence, I’d give...
Read moreI am sooooo, happy that I decided to give this a try! You should as well! You're greeted by lovely staffers, that show you a brief tour of the facility. The facility was very clean and orderly. I was then showed into my private sauna room and explained the temp and light settings. You have access to TV that plays in the sauna or you can do music ( I will try that next time). After my first session, I was able to take a shower, get dressed and headed out for a great day! Another thing that I greatly appreciated once dressed and back in the front lobby. No pressure sales tactics! I had to inquire of the young ladies the cost of additional sessions. They were like, oh. LOL Trust, I was ready to become a member after the great feeling! What surprised me even more, the prices were actually very reasonable! I'm sure once this catches on, the rates will be going up. Until then, I'm taking full advantage! :-) One thing to keep in mind, they do provide towel service, however, would highly recommend you bring a bath towel or a robe! Going from the room to the shower, with barely a towel on, could be a little breezy! lol
Wow has been 2 years already! I don’t about you, but if you have a membership for over 6 months, that tells you a lot! I’ve had my membership now for over two years and I’m just as happy today as I was two years ago! The staff is amazing and I love how they greet you by name. Have the room ready with your name as well. It is my happy weekend place when I’m in town. Another surprising fact, in the two years time my price only went up $10. Which is still a reasonable price for what you get. If there was one thing I would change, is to have at least 2 member only suites. Suite 8 stays booked! The other suites are wonderful don’t get me wrong, but for me, to end a sauna with an ice cold shower is everything! So I try for most times to get suite 8! Well here’s to another 2 years….. time to get...
Read moreThis is by far the most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune of signing up for. It took me every bit of 3 minutes to smoothly sign up for a membership at the studio which was the complete antithesis of my experience trying to get it cancelled. Not only did I email multiple times the correct cancellation email address, but I also called in with the studio personally to confirm whether they had received those emails and could approve the cancellation. These efforts were received with the same excuse being that "we have recently had a change in management." Understood, so a customer can sign me up for a price pushing nearly $100 to sweat with some fancy lights with the mere click of a button at a studio with an archaic computer system that does not allow them to cancel that membership even after multiple requests. Cancellation can only be done by the manager who at this point I fully believe to be incompetent since they never even responded to my emails. I had to call my bank and put in a request to halt all future charges from this company to my credit card. After additional phone calls, the company finally cancelled my membership. However, the manager has yet to send any apology for the neglectful handling of a customer's request for cancellation. It has been over a month at this point, and I was hesitant to even write a review up until now when my partner began to encounter the same issue. As of today he has already emailed the company over three times and called the studio, only to be met with the same excuse of a change in management and that they have not received the emails which is a blatant lie. Please save your money for a different sauna studio, one that at the very least has a manager willing to respond to emails and employees that don't parrot ill...
