My mom I had the pleasure of visiting this salon on our trip to Atlanta from New York. I was looking to go to a Black-owned nail salon during our stay and once I googled and saw the pictures and viewed the website, I was immediately sold. I just had a good feeling about it. My first impression of this salon was before I even set foot in Atlanta. I called to secure appointments and the customer service was outstanding. They made sure that both appointments were at the same time (especially since we were going straight from the airport) and when I had issue scheduling online, it was solved immediately with professionalism and ease. Upon entering the salon, the energy was great. It was such an honor having both Sabrina and Sharlinda doing our manicures. They are personable, friendly, and talented! They did an amazing job on our nails and the overall experience was of luxury and class. I can honestly say, that almost 2 weeks later, my cuticles still look as if I just got it done! The search for great service in the nail industry can be brutal!! I consider my self care serious, quality and professionalism is much appreciated and desired. When I arrived the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming, when I walked in she addressed me by name (cheers) that was a plus. She walked me through options, introduced me to the color of the month, and made sure I was familiar with the atmosphere. My manicurist CoCo was at the station ready, water hot (exactly how I like it!!) She greeted me with respect and care and had great energy! Yes I was a 1st time client, Yes I pre-paid as the initial appointment requires, and Yes it was worth it!! I met the owners and really enjoyed my conversation with Sharlinda and Sabrina, I felt like it was a mature pro vibe that is not a part of the price, it is a part of the experience and not many places have that camaraderie.
