We arrived at about 1:49pm for my friend's bridal event. My friend was told to arrive twenty minutes before the doors opened, but because of Atlanta traffic, we were a bit late. Please keep in mind that the restaurant supposedly opens at 2pm. We were forced to wait outside on dirty benches until 2:15 because their wifi had gone down and they had no paperwork for reservations, which is definitely strange. We were notified of the reason for the delay at about 2:10, after watching casually dressed employees whiz pass us; going in and out of the front door... We finally got in at 2:15pm, we were the first group called inside and we didn't get to choose where we wanted to sit. We were placed at the back, near the kitchen. The menu was shocking, to say the least... Let me just warn you guys of the prices, there's a thirty-five dollar beginner's price menu and a forty-five dollar priced menu. Let's also mention that the food wasn't even the standard of thirty-five or forty-five dollars. How do you serve popcorn, white chocolate and pecans as a dessert? Where do they-? Nope, stop. Let me just continue on. The menu also included slightly upgraded chicken wings and fries...this menu is one of the worst jokes I've ever seen in my life. We ordered one entree because two people weren't interested in the limited menu and one was either allergic, or couldn't have anything because it would've made her sick. The waitress offered my friend a plate of kale. Our so called waitress had a problem with that, apparently. She fixed us with a stare that questioned why we came to this ghetto excuse for a boutique. Honestly, after that stare, I was wondering the same thing after she went to go speak to her manager about all of us not ordering food. We were four young customers with money and we don't mind paying for good food and service...when there is good food and service. There was nothing good about that place! The salad was nothing special, just a bunch of Kale and irregularly chopped croutons with some cheese infused caesar dressing and called it a Caesar salad. I know that this is the way to make a Caesar salad besides that weird decision. Please be aware that the waitress did not offer any other type of dressing when my friend stated that she was allergic to cheese. I guess that they don't serve Ranch? Is that their only option? Next came the entree, "Bring the Heat". What a disaster that was. Literally, this dish looks like something that I could fix at home. That Bertolli looking pasta was absolutely nothing to be proud of. It looked as if they had sprinkled some parmesan cheese with giant shrimp...really, I could have made this for her at home. When my friend ate it, all she tasted was spicy aspect of the meal. There was no real taste to that overly expensive dish. The music was blaring and I could barely hear my other friend next to me...hearing my friends across the table was a hopeless case within itself. We made the most of what we could, but overall; Puffs and Petals is a horrid place to visit and I personally feel that K. Michelle pulled a Kylie Jenner and overestimated her price with her underwhelming menu... They want people to support Black owned businesses, but how can they when the overall quality of the product is so low? I know that all Black businesses aren't like this, but K. Michelle's pathetic establishment only adds to the trope of Black businesses. As a Black celebrity who has money, I expected better of her. I thought that perhaps she would take businesses in her name seriously, but I guess that I expected too much from a Love and Hip Hop celebrity, huh? I won't make a mistake like that, again. Honestly, this was the worst restaurant that I've ever been to and I'll never recommend this place to anyone. As a Black woman, I say to you, K. Michelle, that you should be ashamed of your restaurant, and I urge you to improve that place for your...

The food is Amazing and is reasonably priced. Majority of my group only paid around $15 per person for our meal and around $15 for our drinks a piece. Which I feel was definitely worth it for the reason of the presentation. They have the prettiest drink Presentations I have experienced.
My cousin DM'd K. Michelle to let her know that we were visiting from Chicago and just wanted her to know that the Wings were Amazing. She responded and thanked her. Acknowledging your Customers is important to me.
The Guy Bartender is welcoming and cheerful. I was told that he always has a Welcoming, upbeat Personality.
The Music was good, majority of it was Cardi B, or featuring her, which I had no issue with. They did play other Artists, however Majority of it was her music.
The wait for a Table was around 2 hours. Go to the Website and join the waiting list for a open table. You can *only do this the day of * your visit. Also Download the Yelp App, you will need it to reserve your spot.
You have to wait outside so consider the weather. We arrived 20min before our expected time of entry and was Freezing waiting in line.
A Barbershop next door invited us in to wait until we were seated. Everyone in the Barbershop was nice and they had a personal DJ, the vibe was so welcoming.
The Security guard from the Restaurant came and got us once our table was ready.
Parking in the area is not good. Luckily someone was coming out when we pulled up.
Only reason I am giving it 4 Stars instead of 5 is because our waitress (a young lady with black kinky twist) was not the best. She had a good Attitude whenever she did approach us, however she never checked on us to see if we needed anything. We had to catch another lady waitress to inform her that we needed something, and that waitress was not welcoming nor did she give us any eye contact. She just yelled to inform the other waitress, and I guess to inform us that she heard our Request for the other waitress.
Besides the 70% we received from the waitress, Everything else was Great, and After you've tried all the Beautiful Drinks on the list, tell the Light Skinned Guy Bartender to make you a drink that he feels expresses you. You will be Surprised with what he...
Read moreWent to visit my girl K.M. restaurant with my bestie who drove from Ohio to celebrate her birthday at K. Michelle restaurant. I came from Columbia S.C. Parking is very challenging and scary. Too many unstable people in the area. Makes you feel uncomfortable and like somebody will kidnap you. Luckily, we were guided by a lady to a good parking space. Be prepared to walk across a busy street. We had reservations, which is not refunded or added to bill. (Bummer) Once arriving to the door, the security let us into this well decorative, cute, little box. We were seated at a table with stools and people sliding pass knocking our stuff off the table. Very tight! Then the lady behind me kept hitting me with her elbow. Ok, we had a nice waiter (Antonio). He chose some really beautiful drinks for me and the birthday girl. Very expensive!! $14 a piece. The menu is very shy. $35 or $45 3 course meals. The choices were not of my likes. I was forced to choose stuff I really didn't have a taste for. Kale salad was tasty and presented in a flower pot. My friend had pink devil eggs which was tasty too. I had bring the heat pasta with seafood and sausage. Really good and spicy. My friend had baked chicken, yams and spinach, which she enjoyed after we came home. We were ready to go, because the stools were hurting our butts and cutting the circulation from our legs. Very displeased with seating. Dessert was asked to be boxed, but we sat and ate some of it. Im not a banana fan but the cheesecake was decent. Just didn't match with my Southern Gentleman drink. Stomach was aching. Ticket was pricey and gratitude 18%. Our bill was $142+. That was a $35 3 course meal from both and 3 drinks. Not to mention, water is given when seated, our waiter got sick. One of the other waiters felt bad for us and refilled it one time. Napkins were given after asking two times. The floor is slippery so no heels please. I went to the restroom to work my butt and legs out and walked through a kitchen area first. The man had to come close a closet door for me to use the restroom. It was small and cute though. Overall, this restaurant needs to be moved to another location. Better atmosphere and bigger space. Food is good, but limited. Look to spend some money. But don't look to be...
