“Terrible Experience at Harrah’s Las Vegas – Avoid at All Costs!” My stay at Harrah’s Las Vegas was an absolute disaster. After checking in, I returned to my room only hours later to find my bag stolen, containing valuables, personal items, electronics, and more. The response from hotel staff? Completely dismissive, treating my report as an inconvenience and offering no help. A security officer identified tampering on my room’s door lock, strongly suggesting an inside job. Despite this alarming evidence, Harrah’s management refused to investigate on a fast pace. Shockingly, there were no security cameras on my floor – in a high-profile hotel on the Las Vegas Strip! I was given a “risk management” contact number that goes unanswered, and staff, including housekeeping and supervisors, showed a disturbing lack of accountability. Harrah’s staff were rude, unresponsive, and suspiciously evasive. It felt as though there was a theft nexus involving management, and housekeeping, all working together to cover up these thefts. I had to go down to the front desk repeatedly because they wouldn’t send anyone to assist in my room – a clear disregard for guest service and safety. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, do not stay at Harrah’s Las Vegas. This hotel’s disregard for security and customer service ruined my trip, and their uncooperative behavior raises serious concerns about an internal theft nexus. Harrahs Harrah's Resort Atlantic City get it together… been waiting since 4pm for our room that was booked MANY weeks ago. Attempted to check in at 4 pm and was told that our room was not ready, ok no problem, went and had dinner, spent an exorbitant amount of money for 4 burgers and fries, check back 2 hours still no go, waited again, 2 hours later got in line to speak to a real person ( before was directed to your “quick and easy kiosk” ) wait in line for over 45 minutes and am told that you do not have a room for us, “we only guarantee our rooms till 8p” (after all this waiting it is now 8:45) … we can give you a king….. there’s 4 of us, we can give you a king and a roll away 😳😡 there’s 4 of us… can we have 2 roll aways? No we can’t do that…. It’s against our fire code.. but you can have literally hundreds of people literally laying around in your lobby, many of them children for hours on end, but that is not against your for code… finally a manager steps in and miraculously found us a room… but it’s not ready, it will be ready in 45 minutes says the manager and here’s a $50 credit for food… 2 hours hours later at 1053 pm we are finally in our room… oh by the way no $50 credit, If I was not here for a wrestling tournament I would NOT be staying here… perhaps Nuway Summer Nationals should move their tournament next year and take away the 100s of thousands that I am sure...

Won't be coming here any longer. I come here all the time with my daughter's emotional support dog including I was just here December including paperwork they charged me $75 a night $300 for our stay on top of the room fee RIDICULOUS!!!!! Another lady that had a dog similar to mine told me the manager let her slide, gave her a band for the dog, and didn't charge her. I went back to the front desk and the young man seem like he was going to correct the issue, but he came back and told us the manager wasn't there and do we want to wait or go upstairs and come back. We told him to stay and wait. We saw a fat dark-skinned lady with whom I stopped who claimed she was a manager and wasn't responsible for another managers doing, and she can't help us. If you are going to all of a sudden force a fee, make sure it applies to everyone, not to who you want. When I finally got into my room, people were running up and down the hallways, yelling, arguing, and laughing, and they continued to wake up my nephew, which is a baby, by the way. I called security twice about the noise, and nothing was done. At least do your job for disturbing the peace . .... room had broken doors, dirty towels, one bed, three pillows, the other only two .... I had to call housekeeping. Like...
