Auburn Blooms Garden & Gifts — Attraction in Auburn

I cannot ever say enough positive things about Auburn Blooms Garden & Gifts! We had such a rough start to our day. We were on a family trip and it was my niece's 13th birthday. She woke up in the night with horrible abdominal pain. Her dad rushed her to the Auburn ER and it turned out she had appendicitis and would have to have surgery on her birthday. It spoiled all of our plans and most of us had to just go home. I called Auburn Blooms and wanted to buy two balloons to send to the hospital: a Happy Birthday balloon and a Get Well Soon balloon. I told them what I was looking for and why and they were so kind! They gave us a discount, threw in a couple of free things, and we're just very understanding and sweet. The balloons got to my niece's hospital room and really brightened her day and made us all feel better because at least there was something pleasant on an otherwise disappointing day. Thankfully my niece is doing well and is feeling very special because of the balloons. Thank you Auburn Blooms...

I ordered flowers from my husband for my birthday. They were beautiful. What I want to compliment this florist on is not the beauty of but the QUALITY of the arrangement. One week later sitting beside the other arrangement I received from my daughter (which was beautiful the day I received it, it also HAD roses in it) is still an arrangement with ALL of the flowers in it. Whether you're sending or receiving flowers I think there are certain expectations... first you want them to be as close as possible to what you see when ordering ( I understand substitutions are sometimes required), if you order the premium, the premium should be delivered. Most importantly, the beauty of the arrangement should should last. This is the first time I've ordered from you but it won't be the last! You will be my go to florist from now on! Highest marks go to Lisa and her staff! She did my daughter's wedding flowers at the end of September 2012. First of all, she spent much time in the planning stages showing my daughter and now son-in-law pictures and also living flowers. This helped them choose colors and types of flowers to achieve the look they wanted. The flowers arrived at the wedding fresh, colorful, and artfully arranged. Lisa and her staff also did a considerable amount of on site arranging, decorating an archway, gazebo, fireplace mantle, cake, and tables.
