First time in I met the owner Shawn. She walked me through replacing a missing stone in my wedding set, and having all the channels tightened so no other stones fall out. I felt immediately comfortable with her and the process! When I dropped off my rings, Michele helped me out, she was just as warm and wonderful, helping me add other services and items. I only wished I knew they did redesigns, buying of older jewelry, and repurposing diamonds years ago, I 100% would of worked with them! I will definitely be working with them for next redesign.

7/22' Leaving another great review because I experienced another great sales person! I had been in and looking at two different gold necklaces. One was vintage, and on consignment. I knew there was a chance it would be sold, but wasnt ready to commit just yet. One of the sales woman offered to put them both on my wish list. About a month later I still had both necklaces in my mind, so I went back to see if they were available. The vintage one wasn't out anymore, but fortunately since it was in my wish list, DeAnne was able to find it. She did a price adjustment on it as it was mismarked. I appreciated how she really analized the piece to make sure of its worth! I ended up getting both necklaces, as I was just so happy with my experience yet again from Sierra Moon! Back in November, my fiancé and I researched and found Sierra Moon Goldsmiths here in Auburn. We were looking for a business to help us with a custom made, raw diamond engagement ring and simultaneously needed to downsize my dad's wedding band to fit my fiancé's finger. We wanted to use the excess gold from the wedding band in the creation of my engagement ring. That's a lot of things to accomplish!

I called Sierra Moon Goldsmiths and was set up with DeAnne, a very skilled jewelry designer. On their website, you can read a bio of all of the designers and the two owners. I really liked that!

Anyway, our engagement ring and wedding band project came out perfectly! There were many other "perks" of working with Sierra Moon Goldsmiths: we were connected with a local jewelry and gemstone appraiser, we met and secured our wedding photographer, and most importantly we found a local goldsmith who knows how to work with people and provide excellent customer service. Plus, sometimes there's an adorable "shop dog" named Luna to pet, too!

I highly recommend Sierra Moon Goldsmiths if you're looking for custom work, repairs, have unique requests, or just have questions about your jewelry in general. Their prices are reasonable for the service and skill they provide (that is my opinion and understandably everyone's income/outflow is different and someone else may disagree with me regarding pricing/cost).
