I’ve been here like 3 times it was terrible. The second time our breadsticks were uncooked, STILL DOUGH, we told the owner and when we went back today they were still uncooked. Our waiter was so forgetful, we had to ask twice for every thing we ordered. We ordered our pizza and like half an hour later we ask our waiter and she forgot to put it in. We told her probably 20 minutes after that that we were gonna leave if our pizza wasn’t there in ten minutes because we were there for like two hours. We went to the bar to get the check, and the owner told us that we still had to pay for our pizza that was “in the oven” and why would we pay for it when we didn’t have it for two hours? The owner tried telling us that we were there for 30 MINUTES. Our original waiter corrected her and told her how long we’d really been there for. After we left, the owner told us that we could get our pizza for free then went to the kitchen to get it made. She came back a MINUTE later and said “the cooks won’t make it for you because you’re rude.” Don’t come here. They can’t handle multiple parties in there restaurant and prioritize parties with a lot...
Read moreOwner’s wife welcomed us in after we had asked when they closed. She didn’t give us an answer so we picked a table. We waited for 15min before the waiter came to our table and bluntly told us she didn’t know we were here. When our food finally came, the owners wife came up to us introducing herself and how everyone in auburn loves her, apparently she’s known for her yitties, according to her. She then proceeded to refer to me and my partner as “more decent” compres to my friend because of a tattoo (mind you it was completely inoffensive). It’s difficult to understand how someone so judgmental towards customers is so loved. The Al pastor pizza was good but the overall atmosphere was annoyingly loud, not to mention they turned the lights off on us without giving us a heads up that they were closing. Management can definitely work on their customer rapport, or maybe...
Read moreWe used to eat at Old Town Pizza when it was in the same location as Coyote Pizza, and we absolutely loved the warm, comfortable, atmosphere there. When they announced they were moving, we were sad but we completely understood as they had outgrown the Old Town location by a long shot. This location works better for smaller parties. The weekend crowds were ridiculous! We said, " I hope another pizza place goes in there, if it does we will definitely go and check it out. We did and were very pleasantly surprised, we loved it! The pizza is fantastic, atmosphere is still cozy, service is good. Although to be honest, we went on a very off peak time late afternoon, on a weekday. We will definitely be back again for sure. We still love Old Town Pizza, but it is sooooo noisy and crowded, parking still is not great even in their bigger newer location. Check out...
